Great salespeople but Angela C in their accounting dept has a major attitude problem and talks down to customers. I was appalled by her attitude and how a company like this can treat their customers. Response to message: I am not angry at all. I'm simply sharing my experience as a customer with all Yelpers. Your response in itself speaks volumes about your company. Also, you may wish to get your facts corrected, as I requested cancelation of my account due to your poor customer service and not the other way around. Services are changed or discontinued and they don't communicate it to their customers. The latest is DDU service, which I've used for years. Then a few months ago, I received a bill for duties. I showed Globegistics via a screenshot that we shipped it DDU and was credited. No mention of the service being discontinued. Then two days ago, I get another duties bill for a DDU package and questioned it, and was then credited. Then I get a condescending email from the sales rep telling me that they've graciously credited me for the duties, but that non-USPS DDU doesn't exist anymore. This was literally the first time this information was communicated to me.. AND the service is still available in Shipstation for their company. If you contact customer service, they will do what you can do - which is look up tracking and parrot back what it says. If you have a problem with a package, you're on your own. I had an issue where a package showed in a UK post office and my customer walked several miles to that post office to pick it up, but the package could not be found. I contacted Globegistics customer service and they just told me tracking says it's there. They wouldn't contact the post office directly or do anything to help me or my customer. I expressed my displeasure in an email (sternly worded, but not profane) and ended up a couple weeks later with my time wasted on a phone call with an upper level manager who after 20 minutes of pointlessness tells me that I can't "yell" at their employees. I could only laugh. I had never talked to any of them on the phone. I asked if he understood he was talking about an email - he did not. I told him to review the emails and then get back to me once he actually knows what is going on. I have never heard back from him. This *could* be a great company and a great service - but with poor communication and unmotivated customer service employees, it's only tolerable. read more

WOW! I just saw a message from someone commenting on Angela's "attitude problem" at Globegistics. I usually do not comment on websites unless I know for sure to the contrary!!! Well....This is surely the case! She's a great person to work with when it comes to professionalism and attitude. She poses great representation to her company as well. We use this courier to handle many of our international shipments. International shipments by them usually take anywhere from 1-5 weeks. According to one metric, our customers in Mexico and Brazil gave us a 95% approval rating using this shipping service. Their tracking service definitely could be improved though; sometimes shipments drop completely off the map and never confirm as delivered, even after a customer confirms receipt. read more

I have been with Globegistics for many years, Angela C. is always the most friendly and helpful and professional for the customer's need, respond to customer's request as prompt and in most friendly way and beyond, I am appalled that anybody would write a bad/negative review about Angela C. at corp. That was a retaliation review who bad mouth to some one that I experienced fantastic in my professional business, I know I can only telling the truth and I am not writing this for anybody's behave, only for my personal experiences especially I have changed my credit card couple times and Angela always very patient and professional. I am trying now to get my second parcel in Romania (Constanta), ordered again... first was lost... Gave up waiting after 1 month. Now, the parcel is still stuck in Hauppauge and no update appears since 30th of June. I am thinking about requesting my money back... very disappointed! read more
