There were other examples. In terms of service and communication, his office is horrible. First, they almost never open so you often get to the answering service. not even one time out of 5 messages did they get back to me. I also faxed them, but heard nothing. When they do answer, they are unpleasant, impatient and unhelpful. I needed them to fax something to a specialist - they eventually faxed some one random page that was completely irrelevant to my medical problem. Everything you say you need to repeat like 3 times. So, if you need something from them - good luck, but don;t have high expectations.
