This used to be my go to place for all gifts. I will no longer be a customer. I bought a baby gift for a friend that was having a girl. Well with a return policy of 2 days and a mistake on the gender of the baby I am now stuck with a gift that won't work for a baby boy and the clerk did check with her manager to see if I could get even store credit and the answer was NO. A 2 day return policy is quite ridiculous and I would rather spend my money elsewhere where being a loyal customer means something. All tags were still attached never even taken out of the gift box. My receipt showed 18 days. Good Luck. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!! If you like shopping at a store that treats their customers with the respect & kindness they deserve then this is not the store for you! I bought a sweater from here on 8/25, never even took it out of the bag until two days ago & noticed a sizable hole. I brought it back the next day, 11 days after purchasing & not only told that I was past the date of return, but the tags had been cut off & clearly worn. I'd like to point out that their receipt makes no mention of the tags having to still secured to the item & that date of return is actually 14 DAYS!! I assured the woman that I had only ever worn this sweater when I tried it on in the store & only cut the tags off before hanging it up in my closet. As a customer, I was basically accused of lying because the sweater would have never left the store in "that condition" & and as told it smelled like perfume. I had no idea that me trying it on 11 days prior, that my perfume would still linger! LOL I was handed the sweater back, not even in a bag & ultimately dismissed. I had never been treated so poorly at any store in my life & was absolutely humiliated! I saw other reviews on this site that their customer service is clearly lacking & that if your outside their target demographic, then their not interested in keeping you as a satisfied customer. #amysboutiqueutah I hope the owner sees this & the other negative reviews & train your staff to have better social skills with customers. read more

Amy is adorable. Every time I go into Holladay with my mama we have to stop here. They have the cutest decor for every holiday and stuffed animals. I also love to peruse their clothes. They have unique clothes you won't find anywhere and a pretty reasonable range of prices. I usually find at least one or more things to buy when I visit. Plus I always get compliments on my selections! The staff is always helpful and you'll see something new each time you visit. The clothes are unique and seem to be high quality (a little over priced). I have been in the store several times for myself and I have purchased gifts for others, including gift cards for newly married couples. Each time, I have found the owner to be rude and not helpful! She does however, seem to help and treat customers in her "circle of friends" very well. I am done purchasing anything from this place and/or suggesting this place. She needs to learn that a small business owner needs to be kind to everyone that walks into her store! read more

So sad to give this review... this boutique has the cutest gifts but the customer service straight up sucks. Every time I walk in, I'm one of the only customers and I am seldom greeted by anyone working there. It's small enough and slow enough to where it feels like I'm being ignored. I used to work in a boutique similar to this one and that lack of courtesy would NOT fly. Being a small local business, they really need to step it up. Give your customers a good experience and a reason to come back! I won't be returning. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more

I bought my daughter who is in med school some clothes that did not fit in late Nov. they would not let her exchange them today, 12/17. 15 days wow, she had receipt in gift box, never been worn. I typically go here for their clothing and always walk out with something new and different. They have a nice eclectic variety of smaller brands, most of them reasonably priced.
