My partner and I wanted to surprise our friends who hosted us over the holidays with a professional cleaning. I called Owens Valley Cleaning Services and was promptly answered by Nicole who was very polite and efficient in scheduling our home cleaning. Unfortunately, they never showed up. When I called to inquire as to why they were late, Nicole said she had no idea where her employees were, and that they should have arrived. She then attempted to call them and find a solution to the problem but ultimately could not get ahold of her staff.
