I called Owens Valley Cleaning Services and was promptly answered by Nicole who was very polite and efficient in scheduling our home cleaning. Unfortunately, they never showed up. When I called to inquire as to why they were late, Nicole said she had no idea where her employees were, and that they should have arrived. She then attempted to call them and find a solution to the problem but ultimately could not get ahold of her staff.

Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program. The owner and one to two other people would accompany her and they would spend about three hours cleaning my house. As time went on, the service really went down. she kept changing our schedules dates and times for service. We didn't end up using this service for very long (a couple months). There was quite a few issues with the services provided. I just advise people make sure everything is clear with them and you do your due diligence before hiring. Get things in writing and signed. She had excuses for everything. She was only at my house for 1 to 1.5 hrs cleaning and would cut out early because she said she had to go up north to SF. (she was by herself mostly.
