I just moved to Spring Lake and wanted a hair cut. Looks for somewhere nearby. Amy's is down the street from my house so it is super convenient! Downloaded the app and was able to make an appointment online. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and checked in. Teheran salon is clean, bright and the temperature, on a VERY hot day was comfortable. There were 3 stylists, one had already started on a client just before the 9am opening time. My appointment was with Naomi and she was ready for me when I arrived. I was escorted to my seat and asked about what I wanted. W discussed the length and was offered a shampoo, included in the price of the cut. I loved that each station had a shampoo bowl! My cut was exactly what I asked for. Naomi dried my hair and after putting a bit of product on to, it looked great. The cost was reasonable and exactly what was listed online. I will be back in about 2 months to maintain the length, and maybe go a tad bit shorter! read more

I was a first time client with Karleigh today for a cut. This was probably the most enjoyable salon experience I've had. She's so friendly and sweet. We had good conversation and she did exactly what I asked for. She took my waist length hair and turned it into the cutest shaggy bob. I have been going to this salon for years with both of my children. The staff is kind and gentle and makes the process of a haircut enjoyable for my children. Amy Johnsen has been amazing with my child who is on the autism spectrum who has a tick which causes him to shift his body at various times. She has been able to predict when this might happen which has allowed her to do a flawless scissor cut for him every time. Amy has gotten to know my likes and dislikes and has helped me to figure out what to do with my hair when I have no idea what I want. Her patience is amazing as she helps guide me through the process and I have never been disappointed in a cut or color that she has done. read more

Not a fan. Charged for a Full service shampoo, cut and blow dry, for the OWNER OF THE SALON to cut my hair dry. Strange, so I thought I would be charged less. NOPE!! Full price. Do yourself a favorite and skip this one. read more
