We recently worked with Katrina to design and install 4 closets and it was a great experience all…read morethe way through! We got bids from all 3 major closet designers and chose Inspired Closets because they were the most professional, the materials were the best fit for our home and the Katrina's designs seemed to have an additional level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that would make our new closets a perfect fit for us. Interestingly, the prices from all 3 companies we got bids from were approximately the same. The installation process was very smooth and professional and the quality of work was excellent! Now that we have filled our closets, we really appreciate the attention to detail that went into creating closets that perfectly fit our needs and are so beautiful. Thank you to Katrina and the team for all your great work!!

Wow... The service was AMAZING. First the consult - I felt seen, I felt heard. I discussed stuff with her and got the closet what I wanted. I fold my clothes as that is how I have been brought up. Olesya heard.me and gave me the best possible setup. They also saw the portable AC that was just chilling in my room and factored that in. I surprisingly got a call to install.within 3 days which was great. The install was super smooth. I regret that I did not ask them their name - but they setup on my garage, cut things to fit, did the whole install and it looked exactly like the model. The total cost was super competitive and definitely is bang for my buck Now I can't wait to fill the closet up. It is so inviting

I had used this service before and had a good experience. This time was different. After 1.5 hours,…read moreI had trouble understanding where the organizer was going with her plan, so I tried to express my needs and what I was looking for. After discussing for a while, she just left, having made more of a mess than was there before. I am including the "after" photo. Update: I got an email from the CEO threatening me for this review. It's unfortunate that her employee was upset with our appointment too. I stopped her to understand what her plan was and explain my needs, so that we weren't wasting our time. I'm sorry that my feedback hurt her feelings. My harshest feedback to her was, "I understand your piles, but I don't see how they are helpful," and "there are a lot of piles here - at some point they become superfluous." I have nothing against her employee. She seemed like a nice person. But I didn't see that her method was meaningful, and her explanation was only "this is my training" so I continued to not understand her plan, and I pressed to find out more, because I genuinely wanted her help. I tried to explain that all I wanted was someone to sit with me and say "do you need to keep this?" But she told me that her way was to make a bunch of piles, leave for 30 min so I could decide what to get rid of by myself, and then come back and put the leftovers away. I told her that if she did that, I would just feel overwhelmed and probably not do anything. So she told me she couldn't help. As she got up to leave, I even said, "ok we can do it your way. I'll try to trust you. Please don't leave me with this mess." But she left anyway. I wasn't going to even write a review until I realized she had scattered my sentimental box in an unfixable way. When I realized that, I cried. I had told her I wanted to work together, but she had refused, and if we had worked together in the first place, she wouldn't have destroyed the one thing that really mattered to me. It was a bad day for all involved. The CEO says I am a "bully" for articulating my needs, but I don't think my expectations were unreasonable. I wanted to go thru things together, and have the organizer be gently present as I made decisions about letting go. The organizer wanted to sort things herself and have me make decisions alone. Those ideologies are fundamentally at odds, so maybe it's good she left early.

First time we tackled organizing…read moreour kitchen to be more user friendly, the pantry (including getting rid of some embarrassingly old food), and our hallway closet of medicines, linens, and toiletries. Second time, we went through boxes and boxes of stuff that we hadn't unpacked for 2 years. I ended up donating two Honda Civics full of stuff! Lily did such an amazing job of sorting through everything I had and then culling down what I didn't need. She sat with me and provided advice for how to sort sentimental things and when to get rid of superfluous things. Most recently, we tore through the rest of the house getting rid of anything that we could in preparation for a move to a new home. WHEW! I feel 10-times lighter and am budgeting for time #4 to help organize our new home. I'd be lost without these ladies!

He brought samples of all his materials and colors so I could pick out just the right things, and the quality of his work was just so evidently higher than all the other folks I talked to. He did two closets for us and I am so, so happy with them! I've been waiting to post a review to be able to add some nice photos but we have two small kids and I've just realized the closets are never going to look perfectly clean LOL! Eric is a one man shop so there is a wait time for him to build your pieces before install, but it was totally worth it. He made everything exactly to measure, and we had odd spaces to work with so off the shelf wasn't going to work for us.

Eric is the best around, period. Don't go with a big box store unit, take the time to call Eric and…read morehave him stop in for a custom quote. We recently bought our first house and the only part we weren't satisfied with was the cheap and inefficient ClosetMaid wire rack systems in our closet. Our space wouldn't have worked for a stock IKEA system as there was a pillar and a wiring cabinet for internet in the closet, but even if those concerns weren't present we would still have elected to go with Eric. Our biggest challenge was my wife and my disparate heights. I'm over 6'3" and my clothes are just as long. My wife is 5'4" and hers aren't. We didn't even realize you could customize a closet to accommodate clothes of wildly different length but Eric measured what we already had and did just that. This isn't a possibility with big box solutions, I'm thrilled that my shirts and jackets have enough space to hang without bunching up at the bottom. Eric was punctual and professional at our first meeting, spent a lot of time gathering measurements and soliciting our wants before making some preliminary drawings and showing us his wide selection of materials and finishes. We were thrilled with our first sketch and things only got better when we received our detailed closet plans. Eric worked hard to make sure he could find the finish and drawer style of our dreams, working with multiple vendors to get us that material we needed. His install took about a day and he was clean and quiet--my wife and I were able to work from home while he did his work without issue. We went from not enough storage space to more than we know what to do with. Eric's pricing is fair and comparable to big box do-it-yourself solutions. You will get a custom closet without compromise to fit your budget and will end up with a nicer and more space efficient solution than if you looked elsewhere. Eric even replaced the utilitarian cable closet cover with a bespoke wooden cover that matched the closet material and finish. We shopped around quite a bit for a closet, save yourself some time and just start with Eric.
