We recently bought our first house and the only part we weren't satisfied with was the cheap and inefficient ClosetMaid wire rack systems in our closet. His install took about a day and he was clean and quiet--my wife and I were able to work from home while he did his work without issue. We went from not enough storage space to more than we know what to do with. Eric's pricing is fair and comparable to big box do-it-yourself solutions. You will get a custom closet without compromise to fit your budget and will end up with a nicer and more space efficient solution than if you looked elsewhere. Really glad I chose Eric rather than going with a 'big box' closet company. The design looks upscale and really completes the room. He was also the only one that offered to add molding to the ceiling and bottom to make it look more built in which was my goal. I will eventually put a stone top on the open area. Our experience with Eric was very good: we wanted to have cabinets for our laundry, and he was able to design a solution that had competitive price, looked good, and has lasted very well (6 months so far, zero problems). Everything went well including timeline, budget, communication; he went above and beyond our expectations. This in contrast with 2 alternatives, bigger companies we had worked with earlier: one that was close to a catastrophe (with astronomical separate installation cost; blocking of crawl space access despite having pointed it out to company etc etc), and another one that worked ok wrt cabinetry but was much delayed and slightly over budget.
