Amy's Hallmark Shop is now Trudy's Hallmark Shop. My daughter needed a birthday gift for a friend, so we chose this Hallmark as it was on our way out of town on 5.30.2025. On the Hallmark website, I saw Swiftie items. We asked for help from the young lady who offered right away after greeting us. I thought she had gotten to busy to remember, but moments later she was pushing a cart in our direction with Taylor Swift-inspired items. Thanks for saving the day! They weren't inexpensive by any means: Coaster = $8.99 Pack of 4 pens = $12.99 But she is a really good friend and her mom is taking my daughter and other friends to an expensive place to party. This is a good location, but not the best (the Quarry is). Today I was just in for some cards. Also, I saw some soaps that looked good enough to eat. The employees here will only help when asked. They could provide a better experience by asking to help and trying out some skills like salutations and paying attention when customers are at the register. read more

Went to buy a birthday gift and card. I am a Hallmark member and have visited various locations all over the US. While shopping I asked to use the bathroom, a very pretentious worker replied that they "do not have public restrooms" and that I could walk down to Ross and use theirs. He seemed agitated I interrupted his conversation with another coworker. I did not feel welcomed at this location and have not been back since. Very disappointing as I love to shop and buy gifts for friends and family from Hallmark stores. read more

I went in looking for the 3D pop up cards I saw advertised online. When I walked in the store I asked the staff if she had any of these cards and she responded we don't have any back stock what is out is what we have. I think she misunderstood my question, I eventually found what I was looking for, without the help of either people working. They seemed more interested in their daily assigned tasks of restocking etc. there are other locations in town I'll use next time. read more

Great selection of gifts. Big hallmark with a great selection of gifts but most gifts are geared for women. They carry the lolita decorated wine glasses and other wine gifts. They also have a small section of spanish gifts and also Mahogany cards. They carry books, candy, and candles. You can even make your own invitations in store. read more

I'm used to visiting the location off of NW Military which was a huge store with a ton of cards. What I really appreciated about that store is I went in December and they had cards literally for every occasion so in one-stop, I was able to purchase cards for Christmas, Birthdays and even Mother's and Father's Days which helps me out a lot since I work a ton and can't always breakaway to get to the card store. After visiting this location, they literally had cards for things such as getting a driver's license, wishing someone a wonderful trip, leaving for school, new job, new home, masters/doctorates degree, new dog and even U.S. citizenship. Yet no Mother or Father's Day cards. It would seem that for repeating [annual] holidays you should carry SOMETHING - it doesn't have to be a fourth of the store, but literally everything was birthday or niche events. I ended up going online and purchasing cards for the next few years. Also worth noting, the Crown Rewards program is kind of a botch. It told me online it couldn't find my account and made me create a new one. After talking to a CSR online they merged the two accounts but told me my old account didn't have any points in it, although I've spent over $100 on cards. She was able to find the receipt for the purchase that I gave her the rewards card off of, but she told me the points on the account expired, although the website says they're good for two years and December 2018 would be the two-year mark (it's currently June 2018). I've never understood why companies botch rewards programs - if you're not going to do it right or you're going to make me patrol the process and act out to get what I should've gotten, simply don't offer it. read more

The Hallmark website as well as when you type in Hallmark at Huebner Oaks on google it has the store closes at 9 PM but when I got there at 7:55 PM on Friday however attempted to open door right at 8 pm. Saw that store hours closed at 8 PM now. It would've been nice to not waste my gas had the business hours were updated on their website/google info. read more

If you don't mind paying full price for the things they sell great gifts, gift wrapping needs, music boxes where you can choose your music from some songs, decorative cups, some holiday needs, Christmas ornaments, and even some candy. Been coming to this store for over two years now and they always have a good selection of cards and unique gifts. The staff have always been helpful while I'm there. One thing to note is that they close at 8 pm everyday. Not sure why google and yelp lists them as closing at 9 pm. read more

Very friendly service and wide selection of items. I like that they have little Sale sections around the store. Sometimes you can find some pretty good deals. The staff at this store has always been very friendly, I've never had a bad experience here. I went around Christmas time this year and though the store was very busy the staff still kept their cool and kept on trucking. While it is not my preferred location - it is the location that I go to when I'm looking for something unique and different. They, without a doubt, are bigger than my usual Hallmark store that I visit. As for the service, they seem to be nice. I asked about a product that I had seen in the store a couple of weeks before and the sales associate went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for...which was most appreciated. Say they close at 9. Its 805. They are closed.... cashier a manager won't make eye contact with us at the door. If you're going to close early put up a sign if you close at 8 change your hours. Not fair to guests who are trying to drive there to get cards and stuff if you're not going to be open. Saw two other guests driving off also. read more
