I didn't keep the receipt as I've purchased many pieces of luggage and never had a problem. The manager was extremely rude and would not give me a refund or credit. Very rude. I have brought items back before without a receipt and received a credit. I have spend hundreds of dollars there over the years and will never ever set foot in that store again. That is no way to treat a loyal customer. I now spent $90 for a suitcase that has fallen apart after one use.
