However, lately (the last two carpet cleaning experiences) were extremely expensive for the amount of time they spent actually cleaning the rug. They were here for about 20 minutes and it cost me over $160! Also, after the guys left I called the manager. I talked to him about pricing and an incident where one of the workers dropped a piece of equipment on my tile floor, he was rude to me. I think next time I am going to shop around for another rug cleaning service.

He was extremely courteous and professional. Also pleasant to talk to as he explained the process and the types of natural chemicals he uses. He even took his shoes off outside the house to keep our floors clean since it was snowy and wet outside. My local guys couldn't do the job & thankfully having me the number for ServPro. At first, they said they couldn't get here until THURSDAY (this happened to be Friday afternoon). I explained my nasty situation. Gabrielle said she'd call me right back. I thought I'd never hear from them again, but sure enough within 15 min. I got a call saying that a crew would be at my house at 6:00PM!!! With a massive show of cleaning force 4 highly experienced and very nice guys showed up; donned hazmat suits/gloves/respirators and went to work. They were here until 10:30...on a FRIDAY NIGHT.
