And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was. But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions. The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE. We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. Our daughter wanted to have a "teen nightclub" themed dance party for her 14th birthday! At that age it's really challenging to find a venue for a great party that is safe and supervised, but also, crazy fun! Rachael helped us put together a party that was the "talk of the school" event! Everyone was buzzing about this party! Rachael, with the help of some other fantastic companies, like LEO party rentals, and BELLY caterers put together a very reasonably priced and very trendy dance party for Emma and her friends. It was so easy to plan, and even easier to sit back and enjoy the kids having a fantastic time! We couldn't have planned this terrific event without her! Rachael helped us coordinate with everyone. She sat down with me to brainstorm many times before the party, and took care of everything. The tiniest of details were covered! All of the event was kept within a very reasonable budget! For a while we were like nah, we don't need a planner we got this. And we did! The problem came when the execution of the wedding itself came into play. Who would cue the entrance, who would manage the vendors, who would guide the guest transitions, who would check the audio, who would make sure the cake topper made it to the cake, who would make sure our card box got back to us safe and sound? After seeing Alejandro in action it's truly terrifying to think that we were even considering not having a same day coordinator. And let me tell you ... we picked the best of the best! I mean, seriously go to this guy's reviews and IG photos. It's obvious we are not the only ones who share our love of this man and his wedding coordination/planning skills. He was organized, positive, fun (!), and very obviously knew what he was doing. Alejandro and Sparkle Events felt like a friend or a family member who cared as much as we did about having the best wedding ever. Sometimes we'd be like ... let's do this! And he'd be like, I like that but here are some things to think about based on what I've seen. (SO HELPFUL!) He'd listen to our ideas and always try to make it work. He made our day so special. We couldn't have done it without him. Five stars. A+. If you are considering another wedding planner or same day wedding coordinator your search is over. Alejandro wins everything. Hire him.
