Open door is a wonderful business. Family oriented. It's not a easy decision to make but the staff was there to make sure your decision was best for you not for the company. I never felt pressured to make a decision. They welcomed me with open arms and love. It's like you instantly become family. The genuine love is so strong in real here. They have resources for all type of things you may need. They even help if your in a financial bind. The hardest thing for me was after I had the child and got home but guess what...They we're still there for me, anytime of day. And I mean any!! If you find yourself at a point in life that you may need this type of service. I highly recommended OPEN DOOR! Everything is private. You will never go in and see another mom. Mrs Karen...oh my she's truly a blessing from God. Amber she's the coolest, understanding, genuine, passionate, oh I could go on and on. The young lady at the desk always had a smile on her face. Never felt judged. I had to save this person for last Oh Ms Sandi, she's not from this office but she will step in when need. She's from another town. She was there when I first met my family. That went AMAZING. She also was there when I gave birth. This lady is tooo funny. She's like the fun auntie. That says and does anything. My food tray came, she opened it before me and ate my fries( I didn't mind lol) she went through the drawers ( WE ALL DO IT LOL) and got me a nice knitted baby hood and said put this in your bag lol. I still have it. She gives you herself, no pretending at all. And I loved that about her, she gave me PLENTY of laughs. You truly would want someone to be themselves with you going through this. I'll be honest, girls - adoption was one of the toughest decisions of my life. For the past 17 years Open Door has been such a blessing to me. I knew I could not take care of my baby so I searched and searched to find an adoption agency that would place my baby in great hands.
