From the…read moreconsultation to a post-installation call, Oren and his crew were the definition of professionalism. HIRE THESE GUYS. Oren is articulate, collaborative, and transparent. Booking a consultation was easy and he took the time to explain everything from materials to costs to timelines. The new garage doors are a near-perfect match to the existing paint job (hunter green, see accompanying pictures). We ended up needing to replace the garage roof and the frame, which Door Tech also took care of (they're not just limited to doors!). Fast forward to the day of the roof replacement / door installation and we discover a rotting post with termites. Oren is on-site, immediately communicates the issue, and provides a clear solution. Bonus: Oren and his crew did all of the above in ONE day, which is incredible especially if you've ever done any home renovation work of any kind. Bonus #2: you forgot something after the installation and call Oren in a panic? The guy turns around a quarter to 8 pm on his way home and comes right back to address it. Thank you, Oren and team. Five stars is not enough.

We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.

My 25+ year old vinyl gargage door was dented where the rubber seal is. In addition to that, the rubber seal needed to be replaced. I called another garage company and was told nothing could be done to fix it since it was vinyl and I would need to replace the whole door. Was quoted a cost for a steel door - not vinyl. Found ANA on Yelp, messaged them and within 15 minutes, Eli replied. He came out the next day, explained how it could be repaired and commented on the fact that with simple regular maintenance going forward, my door would last for many more years. He also checked the springs and confirmed they were in good shape and did not need replacing. He came back, fixed the door, replaced the rubber seal, pulleys, and rollers. The door works better than ever and at less than 75% the cost of a new door. Eli was very polite, professional, and great in communicating his ETA. Our garage door was suddenly not working anymore. Turns out the motor was about 25 years old. Eli was able to come out the next day and fix everything within 2 hours, including a new motor, wifi-enabled opener, number pad, sensors, rollers, and remotes. All for a reasonable price. So a few days ago, the house I acquired a few years, the garage door started to act funny, getting stuck etc. After asking around for recommendations I didn't get a wholehearted one so I turned to yelp. I read a few reviews of this establishment so I decided to give a try. First, the person who answered the phone was friendly and understanding as I was describing sounds and all that's not professional jargon but he got the drift and told me that someone can come the same day to take a look. I didn't expect that but was delighted. The two young men who came to check the problem were Mateo and Alex, nice young men who are professional and courteous. They check the problem and explain to my hubby and myself of the problem and also they didn't try to pull a fast one over us by trying to sell us a brand new system ( which I cannot afford at this time anyway). They came back the next day promptly of the time they promised but ran a little late because of the traffic which is understandable because we are in Bay Ridge and they had to go over that terrible bridge traffic. Once they are here they went straight to work and they even cleaned up afterwards!!! They offered to remove the old stuff that they replaced. They even got me two additional remotes and programmed so I didn't just have one which my 15 yo almost lost it once. Overall I would highly recommend them again and I found out they also do commercial gates too so I will be reaching out to them when that time come for my business.

First issue was one of the panels was dented & the glass panels were different from the ones he initially showed me. When I brought it to his attention, he told me it'll take 7 months to get a replacement. I told him I can wait , it's not a problem. Second issue was that he left all the plastic wrapping on the doors, and now the adhesive got stuck and it's impossible to remove now. When the "new" replacement panel came in, I noticed that it was a different color panel and someone painted it white. So it doesn't match with the rest of the garage door panels. The other issue with the panel is that JJ installed it upside down. Third issue, I tried contacting him multiple times to ask him to fix these problems and he decided to stop replying back to me. So I would warn everybody, before you pay him, fully inspect the job first because you will not hear back from him once he's paid and gone.
