A great experience with Eli and ANA Garage Doors! Great communication and showed up on time with frequent updates along the way. He is based in Brooklyn, but came out to Syosset. We had previously used one of those national franchise outfits and felt they were ripping us off and finding all sorts of things to strong arm you into adding to the job. Not so with Eli. Did what he came to do (broken spring and cable), pointed out a few things that might be a problem in the future, but did not push us to repair those at this point, as they were still working well. Lubricated all tracks, hinges, and rollers at no additional cost. Eli clearly took pride in his craftsmanship.
