Every time we go and there are others there and they rave about Thomas, his sons and the great service that they provide. I think Hearing Aids aren't a popular thing to review. The office was very nice and the woman at the desk told me the Dr would be out soon to see me. In walks an older gentleman named Mark. He took me to a room and immediately started completely disassembling my hearing aid. He took it to another room for a few minutes and had it all fixed. I am so thankful! Wendy, the audiologist, was incredible! She took the time and had the patience needed to guide my mother through several devices and adjustments until my mother (and I) were completely satisfied with our product. There are so many different models and choices to make it can be overwhelming for any one let alone an elderly hard of hearing person. Wendy made sure my mother received exactly what she needed and that her devices were a perfect fit and that my mother understood how to operate them. My mother was allowed to try out the hearing aids (for two weeks at a time) before selecting and purchasing. Wendy was calm, patient and competent. There is a small sign by the door that said "All Ears Audiology 115". I am not going to keep going back and forth. I understand it's frustrating, but it was frustrating for me to experience that as well. I understand if the appointment was accidentally deleted or not made correctly. But lying about it is not cool. I am sure this is a great doctor. But this is my experience.
