It is practically a tradition for me now to visit an arcade bar every time I visit a new city.... and I LOVE this one! You do have to purchase tokens in order to play the games, but the bundle we got gave us plenty of game time! You can find old-school games like Mortal Kombat or Pac-Man, as well as some newer games like Guitar Hero and basketball! There's a variety for just about everyone here. We had a great time here. My husband and I were so excited to find an arcade bar! I will say the initial impression we got was a bit confusing. There was no signage or employees letting you know how to get our quarters to play any of the machines. So we ended up having to wait in a very very long line at the bar just to get our quarters to play. Once we got started, the games were pretty fun. A few of them were out of order which is to be expected. There was an adult birthday party there during the time we went which was around 11 PM on a Saturday, so they really took over most of the arcade and most of the games for a long period of time we will definitely try again next time. read more

First time coming here! We came here on a weekend and this place was really unique, vibrant and full of life. Plenty of people from various ages are here having a great time with drinks and a wide array of arcade games. They even have super smash here which reminded me of my college days. Compared to other game-centric bar experiences, I stick with my rating, but I want it to be clear this is still a solid experience and much of what I didn't enjoy is not really what the venue can control--it is just how the venue is laid out and the patrons. This is a great place for those people who grew up during the 80's (like me) and just loved playing the video games while a child. Oh, the nostalgia.... |^) Great place for Generation X, less so for the Millennials (probably consider the graphics in the games subpar), may make a good place for a Baby Boomer trying to play that arcade game they played thirty years ago and haven't been able to find since then, and off limits to the children (as it is a bar). We visited Analong Arcade Bar during the afternoon. We were overwhelmed by a sense of nostalgia and the need to play every game immediately. Although we weren't in the mood to drink, we spent about an hour and $25 on pinball, Time Crisis, skeeball, and boomarang air hockey. The decor at Analog is on point. It was formerly a bank, and the owners have done a wonderful job making it look shiny and well restored but also like all the arcade games belong there. There are two small rooms that were formerly bank vaults at the back of the building. One houses a karaoke machine and the other has tabletop arcade games - Ms. Pacman and Galaga, I think. There's also a meeting room with a big table and several vintage board games. Several tables in the vicinity of the bar host giant Jenga sets, and a couch in the corner sits in front of an N64 where Mario Kart was turned on, ready to be played. I am a huge fan of Analog. I think that full 25¢ to $1 is a lot to pay to play those games on a regular basis (in Utah there are several Nicklecades you can visit and play the same games for 5¢ a go) and will probably only visit occasionally, but I'm glad it's here and would recommend it to anyone. read more

Cute concept and friendly staff. However, I wish they had slightly more seating. (My main reason for taking the 2 stars off). As people are playing the games, it gets crowded and no where to move. It was hard to tell if people were in line for games, or just hanging out. If crowds like that don't bother you, than you will be fine. I liked the games were cheap to play. Good beer and cocktail selection that is priced really fairly + lots of pinball machines + awesome atmosphere of a ridiculously cool updated bank with loads of cool art hidden around = the best arcade bar I've been to yet. They also had a really good DJ when I was there, that was an awesome bonus. I'll go here every time I'm in Davenport and you should too... unless you hate fun things. read more

Great stuff...definitely what the Quad Cities needed! A great barcade for adults only. Probably 50ish arcade games including some basketball and skeeball physicals, large scale jenga & connect4 games, an Nintendo64 connected to a small ass TV to remind you of the good old days of tube tvs, and a full service bar with reasonably priced drinks. 21+ only, no children. Most games take 1 token, a couple 2. One is the F-Zero simulator game (the newest game there but still from the GameCube days). All the classics: Mario Bros, DonkeyKong, Ms. Pacman, Galaga, BurgerTime, Mortal Kombat 1 & 2. This place has opportunity to expand; definitely needs to add a restaurant but I am hoping that since there is plenty of room in the basement and upper levels of this bank that it may come in time once the money on those tokens starts coming in! read more

Super fun! Was like being a kid again! Clean environment. Beer selection was good. A ton of games to play! There is also cup holders at each gaming station which was a nice attention to detail. However with all the construction going on we weren't sure if they were opened or not. read more

As a student at St. Ambrose University, I am usually a lot of rowdy college kids. However, when I occasionally like to spend the night with my closer knit group of friends, Analog is our go to place. Anyone can have a blast here. They have amazing drinks, but I often find myself getting so into one of the throwback arcade games that I forget to drink! The have anything from pinball to RockBand. They also participate in TapOnIt Quad cities, where they promote deals on the tokens that you use to play the games. If you want to have a fun first date, or a night out with friends or family, give this place a try! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because one or two of the games weren't working properly the last time I was there. read more

We had soooo much fun here! It was full but not packed at about 7pm on a Saturday, short or no waits for most games. We headed straight to the bar for drinks when we came in, they had some fun specialty mixed drinks and menu of a beer and a shot combos which I thought was very clever. I tried the Pink Lemonade and it was super good, tasted like it was made with fresh, quality ingredients. We got 20 tokens for $5 to start and loitered by the skee ball lanes to start. There are only 3 lanes but we got on a couple pretty quickly. One of them wouldn't register the score of the last ball so I switched and that one worked fine. We also loved the boomerang shaped air hockey machine and joined another couple at TMNT to play all 4 turtles. Mario Cart was very defective, the wheel was not corresponding to the car at all and I think it ate up 4 tokens. We spent a total of $10 in tokens in about an hour of nonstop game playing which is totally worth it. read more

Great idea for a bar. The patrons all seemed to be merry, no cursing at the games or fist fights, which makes for a nice environment. The variety of games was unexpected. Traditional bar or fairway games were around like giant Jenga and skeeball, as were 90s style arcade games like The Simpsons and Mortal Kombat. There was even a room with guitar hero. The bartender was a little sour, but got me what I asked for. The selection of beers was dissapointingly lacking in local (there were two, but I like to see as much craft as possible) variety. A small kitchen would really bring the place up a notch. read more

This place is awesome! There's loads of unique arcade games and maybe fifteen pinball machines hidden around the place. There's a pretty good selection of beers on tap. The design and artwork of the place is rad too. I guess the place used to be an old bank that was converted to a bar so you can lounge around in the old vaults if you like. Filled with old school games like nba jamz, nfl blitz, ninja turtles, a ton of ping pong machines, ski ball, jenga, Nintendo 64, pacman, etc. Each machine has a cup holder for your drinks. There is a wide selection of beer, and the specialty cocktails are delicious! Each drink you buy earns you 2 tokens, otherwise you can buy a cup of tokens which will last you awhile. I will never, EVER, go back to this place. The bar keep was rude and over half the games did not work. Not only did i go in there to have a drink and then was told that the bar was closed, they kicked me and my friend out a half hour before they were even supposed to close. These are the exact words the bartender told me "We can decide to close whenever we want" . Like i said, i was enjoying some games and there was still a half hour until this place was supposed to close and they kicked us out for no reason other then they wanted to go home early instead of the appropriate time. I would never suggest anyone going here when all they do is treat you like you are nothing. read more
