The staff and owners radiate friendliness, acceptance, and hospitality to all whom walk through the door. The shop is located on a side street in East Nashville, in what looks to be an old house. Therefore, parking is limited at times. I have come here 2-3 before, and they have a great selection of wide-stream music and local artists as well. The inside is filled with records and CD's filling shelves, bins, walls, and even the mantle of a fireplace. They also have a small stage and area to host events and live music inside. This year, We came here for Record Store Day 2024, and it was such a great event. We decided to come by around lunch time. They had vendors, food trucks, and live music set up around the shop. They were limiting the amount of people in the room with the RSD Titles; therefore, we waited in line for an hour to get into the store. That being said, this allowed for everyone to look through the bins leisurely. The staff and even the other customers were all so friendly! It brought back memories as we rediscovered music from our past. Then we moved outside just to enjoy the evening and sat at the outside tables. If you're hungry, there is a food truck serving burgers in the lot as well. We didn't try that but other patrons told us that the burgers were very good. It's a great place to spend some time. I'd recommend it!

He wasn't friendly and didn't seem to care if anyone bought anything or if we had questions. Prices for some albums were ridiculously laughable (White Snake $90). I found many albums in the wrong classifications. I do realize people are lazy and like to just put merchandise wherever the decide to when they change their mind. That doesn't constitute as much as I saw out of place. Meanwhile, the checked out cashier didn't look up once from whatever social media site he was scrolling through. This place looked more like a goodwill than a record shop. Just didn't smell of old shoes. Happy I didn't buy anything. Wouldn't want the cashier to actually do any substantive work.

My personal favorites were the vintage t shirt section (I bought an XL UConn women's basketball shirt) and the cat section (full of shirts, socks, books, or just anything based upon cats). Overall the pricing was alright and the same with the service. I only spoke to someone when I was checking out and at that they barely said anything. I would come back because I like to independently look around, and who knows what I'd catch the second time around!

You can find just about anything and they tend to be pretty transparent about pricing especially if you're looking in their collectors section or more high end records. The only thing I wish they would do is offer merchandise with some variety and maybe put their logo on the back of a hoodie! Also would love to see them sell some stickers with their logo or get some better designs for their merch.
