I first want to just say that Maria the receptionist, she is just wonderful. Very helpful and always nice when I come in. I would like to recommend the doctor Faidi , he is spectacular and he takes his time. While I'm under his care , even if it feels like I'm sitting there and time is going by slow. I know doctor Faidi is checking well my chart and making sure i leave his office knowing he did all he could. The doctor is fine, but his admin is terrible. His office makes you wait for 2-3 hours even when you have an appointment. When I called about a follow up, they asked to put me on hold and kept me there for 15 minutes until they hung up on me. When I called back, they were closed for lunch. Makes it really hard to access care and that's enough to prevent us from going back. Would not recommend at all and would give zero stars if it were possible. read more

I had ct scan found 5 nodules, sent for F & A, found 2 tested as #2 - benign #3- not + nor - for cancer, referred to Dr. Faidi as a stat appointment 3 weeks later they called me confirming my appointment & said they would have all test results for this appointment. They also sent a letter too, confirming. I arrived to a office & right away I got a feeling the young receptionist was not very good at her job as not saying hello I'll be right with you or nothing. Finally I was given a questionare & wated 1-1/4 hours to be called back to a room. The young lady ma? Without gloves... was unable to get the blood pressure cuff Bluetooth to work and argued with another ma? over using the wrong one. So the Dr. Entered the room introduced himself and asked who my wife was? And then blew my mind he asked me why I was visiting his office? WTF? I said " you tell me? " He said I dont know with my folder in hand... and this is after the 20 questions the young lady ma? that admitted not being a certified ma with no credentials and no schooling asked me at her computer. So going forward the Dr. Acussed me of having an attitude and talked down to me and explained he has 80 patience scheduled ea week and only 40 make it in, so he never takes the time to investigate ones reason for the visit and in not doing so he didn't have any ct scan results nor my biopsy results, nor the 3rd testing of 3 types of test that was done and a letter stating so sent to me as to why I was sent on this very day to have this Dr. Read my results. All I wanted to know was yes or no do I have cancer and this ill prepared Dr. Couldn't answer me but instead fed me his excuses as to why he never does his job.... I'll prepared, unreliable, rude, assistants unqualified, unwilling to take responsibility and hard to talk to this Dr. examined my neck without gloves... and told me cancer or not in his opinion I need to have all 5 nodules surgically removed as they were all over 4 centimeters in size, and referred me to UCSF, The Dr. Then asked me to mail any results to his office, then he asked me to email them, then he told me he would call modesto imaging and get them his self tomorrow being Monday. WTF? it's your job not mine to prepare you with the results to do your job and read me the results....so I was told lastly, I will call you by Wednesday to read your results and if you dont hear from my office in 3 weeks with UCSF reference please call us to remind us. Again, im floored to think this guy is being referred by many drs including mine lol wait till I send a copy of this review to not only my referring Dr. & also my insurance so they are aware of my waisted day and a office visit that I believe should not be rendered as a true visit with payment due. Dr. Faidi recognized that my wife was in serious trouble with her kidneys when reviewing her blood work for diabetes. She was having no recognizable symptoms but was near kidney shut down. He went above and beyond finding my wife a kidney doctor that day. Five days later she was admitted to St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton and was immediately prepped for dialysis. Worse experience ever. Receptionist Blanca was rude and unhelpful. My mothers appointment was at 2 pm . We arrived at office 15 min prior to our appointment. At 240 pm we're still waiting to be called back to see doctor. Dr's staff was rude when I inquired why it's taking such a long time. My mom is 81 years old and the chairs in lobby isn't the most comfortable . The answer received when I inquired was that there are sicker patients than my mother and that's why there is a long wait. This is the most unprofessional, rudest, incompetent office I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff have no clue what they are doing, they leave you on hold for 20 minutes just to get back on the line to ask what you need again. You leave messages for the Dr and nobody ever contacts you. I left messages regarding my thyroid medication because the Dr did not give me refills and I don't have another appointment for 3 months and went without it for almost 2 weeks because his staff can't relay a message. I went to Dr. Faidi's office for about a year total. Between the 1.5 to 2.5 hour waiting times and nearly killing me by raising my Levothroxine twice in a six month period and only seeing me for five minutes, I knew it was time to get out of his office. I am now seeing an endocrinologist who spends at least twenty minutes with me , someone who asks the right questions, physically checks my body for anything out of the ordinary and has a more vast knowledge of blood tests that so he can get the whole picture of my thyroid and hormone levels. read more

1.5 hour wait times and I still haven't been seen. What's the point of a scheduled appointment?

Right now Im going to rate this Office as 2 Stars due to lack of professionalism ! My wife has been seeing Dr Faidi for approx. 2 plus. yrs. She SIMPLY LOVES THE DR. She has Hyper Thyroid / Graves Disease & finding a Specialist she can understand & work with has been tough. She has nothing negative to say about Dr. Faidi. Sadly approximately OVER 2 months ago we loast Medi-Cal & was put on the A.C.A. ie: Obama Care. Which I actually prefer. Due to time constraints I tried reaching Dr Faidi to see what A.C.A. plans he may or may not take before purchasing. After several attempts at reaching the Ofc. I broke down & bought Covered Ca. Blue Cross. I left several messages that went unanswered. Called during, before & after business hrs. 2 months later. Still no call !!! With so much time passing & my wife IN NEED of treatment, I decided to try again today to learn their answering machine does NOT take messages. However, it does connect with an answering svc. which is NOT ALLOWED to take messages ! WTF ? REALLY ????? !!!!! SO. I suppose Ill have to drop in during bus. hrs. to get my questions answered which sounds ludacris to me. Bottom line. My wife says hes an excellent Specialist / M.D. Sadly, my opinion. How the hell he stay in practice shunning his patients ? Why would someone want a Specialist they can't even reach office staff. STAY AWAY!!!!! Initial visit was fine as I was referred by my primary doctor. After I was sent out for further testing trying to contact the office was nearly impossible. Called for 3 days to get a service that doesn't take messages or the " we are at lunch" message. I had to drive down to a empty office to schedule a follow up appointment to review my tests. Not very patient oriented. 2nd visit waited over an hour to want more testing. Said no write my prescription 3rd update. Pharmacy needs an updated prescription for the new year. Pharmacist faces them 3 days in a row. No response. They don't answer the phone and the answering service isn't allowed to take messages. So the wife drive down to an empty office and without ID asked for my file so she could take it to my primary. Once again NO ID is given a photo copy of my patient file. My pregnant high risk girlfriend was scheduled for 3pm appointment and we came in 20 minutes to fill out paperwork because she's a new patient. We have been waiting in the lobby now over 1 hr and 30 mins and still haven't been seen. It appears as if they scheduled all their patients all around the time instead of staggering them. This didn't really bother until we seen one walk right in and was seen before us after we have been waiting all this time. Extremely unprofessional. If your insurance is accepted at another endocrinologist, I suggest to RUN THERE QUICK! Half the time there is no one at the receptionist window to greet you. Everyone who works here looks miserable like they don't want to be here. Be prepared to wait WELL OVER AN HOUR OVER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. The doctor obviously over books patients. You would think with all the patients he sees, he should be making a pretty penny but you couldn't tell because the office is run down. Someone is going to sue him soon if they don't fix the rug that is coming up in front of the entrance (I almost tripped and fell!). I'm sure he is a great doctor but I've never seen him, just the nurse practitioner, Irma Rymers, who is AWESOME. The NP listens, cares, and has a great attitude. I hate the wait...... Dr Faidi is a life saver. He is my moms dr. GREAT DOCTOR there are some visits where the wait has been long but that is every drs office. Dr Faidi is worth the wait. My mother has been struggling with high cholesterol for years and no one has been able to help get it down. After being sent from one dr to another Dr Faidi did a test on my mom and found her artery in her neck 90% clogged on one side and 65% on the other and sent her immediately to heart dr . He has also started her on the right mix of meds to where we have finally seen a drop in her cholesterol for the first time ever. read more

I'm sitting on hold on the phone yet again with this office that is too busy, leaves their phones early, or doesn't answer the phone. When I brought this up in the past they don't acknowledge it, & simply say what am I calling for. I asked that iMessage to be sent to this doctor to have him call me for a quick five minute call so he wouldn't know about this poor customer service but the gal on the phone said that isn't possible. I'm a medical professional and this is horrible service and the only reason I'm going to this doctor (whom I have never seen in person over two decades), is d/t my Insurance Company. I'm a Medical Professional & have never received results from his office for interpretations by this doctor. I've been seeing this Endocrinologist approximately 5years at first I've noticed the prolong length of time waiting to see him. After seeing how he practiced and performed his exams I LOVED the time he took with me and my care knowing that I was a person and not a number.Taking his time to tell me how and what I needed to do to continue with my care. He Mr.Faidi was my third endocrinologist I literally had to find because the others didn't give me the appropriate care in my medications dosage needed!Which I was in pain constantly. The pros: was able to get an appointment for a first time visit with endocrinologist with Dr Faidi soonest than any other provider in the Central Valley that my insurance covered. The con: 1) Dr Faidi hurried through my initial visit and I felt like I wasn't being heard 2) the wait time to be seen is ridiculous. A diabetic lady just walked out. I am a former EMT and a former medical assistant. Diabetic. 53 y/o. I know and understand diabetes fully. I love how they treat me medically...because I told them I know A LOT about diabetes therefore we have great medical conversations...not just "do this" "do that" on their part. Much two-way communication. NOW, the wait in the waiting room is HORRIBLE!!! EVERY visit has been no less than 45 minutes, up to 1 hour 15 minutes. BUT, at 30 minutes I start asking how much longer and should I reschedule. Since doing this, my wait has been a smidgen less. I have rescheduled an appointment because I waited too long. Horrible office. My mother recently switched doctors because we couldn't stand this clinic anymore. Her new Endocrinologist at UCSF has been trying for a month now to get her medical records sent over and they haven't been responding so we drove over there and they claimed that they never received a "medical release form" so we phoned the new clinic to fax it over. Then they claimed that it would take up to an hour because they "get faxes coming in all the time so even though they just faxed it, they wouldn't be able to receive for another hour". So after waiting for almost an hour, they hand me my mother's medical records PRINTED instead of faxing it to the number I gave to them!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!!!! DONT COME HERE. I have been seeing Dr. Faidi since March of 2019, he is a fabulous Endocrinologist. I have been fighting my glucose/ HA1C levels for years and now Dr. Faidi has helped me bring my levels in order. He is firm and serious about his direction while much appreciated as this is what I have needed to help me bring my type 2 Diabetes in control. Regarding the staff, I am completely satisfied with their professionalism and yes there has been a wait at each visit but well worth the service, I'll take the wait with the excellent results anytime!! Dr. Faidi , is one of the best doctors to Have . He listens to me as a patient ! I'm not the easiest patient to deal with, but he eases and answers all my concerns and questions. He makes me feel in charge of my own body unlike most doctors I deal with. He would receive a 5 Star if we didn't have to wait over an hour after our scheduled appointments every time. If you want a doctor that will listen to your concerns and provide you with the proper care that you deserve, this is not your doctor. I've never felt more frustrated in my life with this doctors inability to work in his medical field. He felt it necessary to branch outside of endocrinology and say the reason I was experiencing hypothyroid symptoms and the reason my TSH levels were flagged abnormal were for another reason other than my thyroid. I've done so much research on medical sites as well as spoke with other individuals who have previously had thyroid cancer and this is the doctor that everyone warns about. There are other options than him and he's at least a hour late to seeing you for your scheduled appointment which is another reason that proves you're not a priority for him just another dollar. read more
