Then both Carolina and Carlos brings up a contract, never heard of such contract for house cleaning services before unless it's an office cleaning. Then first day of cleaning, he changes the pricing. Went ahead with the cleaning anyway for $200. Missed a bathroom when it was initially stated during walk thru and also discussed the same day when cleaning was scheduled. Other bathroom tub was not scrubbed clean. I could have saved myself $200 and did a better job. Carlos also made a comment about why he decided to have contracts because ppl tend to have cleaning done and not called back for recurring services. Most likely the cleaning isn't up to par. Save the trouble of using a mediocre cleaning service.

I started to interview new cleaners and the moment Sonia showed up for a quote i knew she was attentive, detailed and thorough!! As we walked through my home she actually picked up things and "tidied" up because it bothered her to see things out of place. She and her team are incredibly reliable, take their time and every single cushion is moved and cleaned under, every blind is dusted and every pillow placed perfectly when they leave. I'm so grateful for her!! I trust them to come when I'm not home. I trust that my home is clean and above all i trust they care about my home as much as i do. Lastly, my granddaughter was with us yesterday. She is 15 months old and was OBSESSED with Sonia!!! She wanted to follow her around the house and just kept smiling at her.
