About three months ago, I hit rock bottom. I desperately needed help with the housework. I had a negative experience with a different cleaner about a year earlier and was traumatized. However, the need for help was greater than my fear, and to make a long story short, I found Radiant Cleaning. At first, all I needed was a boost--someone to come in and do a deep cleaning. It was like hitting the "restart button" and getting a head start on the housework. Alexa, the owner was prompt in her response to my inquiry and a few days later, she come over to assess. It would take 6 hours and a full team of cleaners to do the deep cleaning. They worked swiftly and stayed focus. They cleaned parts of the house that I didn't realize had gotten grimy. Afterwards, the house looked and smelled fabulous! It was a no-brainer to ask if Alexa and her team could continue to help with the housework so that I could use what little free time I have to be with my family. Radiant Cleaning gives me the chance to relax, in my extremely clean house, and enjoy being wife and mom. Radiant does amazing work! Alexa takes time to get to know you and your needs. She is highly organized, so when you ask her to do a few extras, she will get them done. She accompanies her team and does a final walk through, ensuring that the job is perfect. She asks you to also check and if you find something, she fixes it immediately. But to be honest, the fixes are few and far between! I highly recommend Alexa and Radiant Cleaning! If you live in her service area and need help with keeping the house in order, do yourself a favor and secure her services. read more

My wife and I hired Radiant Cleaning to do a move-in deep clean on the house we had just closed on. We were quoted that our completely empty 3 bedroom house would take 4 cleaners an hour and a half to complete. Instead, 5 cleaners showed up and spent over 3 hours doing who knows what. When we walked into our house that night, we saw dirt and human hair everywhere we looked: inside appliances, on walls, and inside every cabinet. Our floors, windows and ceiling fans weren't touched, to name only some of the issues we found. The house didn't look, smell, or feel clean. After emailing the owner, Alexa, *some* photo evidence of what was still dirty, we were assured that her team would return to completely re-clean the house. They arrived with two young children, none of them wearing masks in our house. After 30 minutes, we were asked to do a walkthrough and we again noticed that many items in the house were still dirty. The team went back in and after another hour cleaning, the manager Anjelica told us to reach out to Alexa and she would personally come back at the end of the day if we saw any remaining issues. She also apologized to us and told us that Alexa told her team to only spot clean what we had sent to her in photos. We were surprised to hear this given that Alexa told us the total opposite. Later, after seeing yet again the house was not move-in ready, we emailed Alexa and asked for someone to come back to take care of it, exactly as we were told. We were flatly rejected. We ended up having to hire a different company to do the job that Radiant Cleaning should have gotten right the first (second and third) time. We are not unreasonable people - we have never left a negative review anywhere before - but our experience with Radiant Cleaning was extremely disappointing and needlessly added stress to our move in. read more

we hired this service to do a deep clean before moving in to our new house. we had a three month old baby at the time and so we needed the house to be spotless. i regret not doing a more thorough walk through because after moving in, i saw that the cabinets basically had to get wiped down again. there were visible soiled spots on them and the spice rack drawer was absolutely filthy. i actually just got finished scrubbing it down. there were also still stains in the toilet bowl still. and to make matters worse, one of the ladies had broken the towel bar in the bathroom. i am not someone to complain about services and we were also busy with moving with a baby (haven't been able to write this review until two months later), so i kept my mouth shut about the towel bar being broken, but after moving in and having to re-clean everything, now i'm just straight annoyed. i also made the mistake of forgetting that i had given a $100 deposit prior to the service and had given the ladies the total amount + tip. when i told alexa about this and asked for a $100 refund, i was completely ignored. i know that she had gotten the message because we had just gotten done talking about how i gave the payment to the ladies. so lesson learned - do a THOROUGH walk through after a cleaning service. and also maybe not wait two months before writing a review. read more

I hired this cleaning service for a move in deep cleaning, and got un experienced young girls that bang every thing, from mopping to the stove, when I confronted her about it she didn't understand, I was told, she just came to this county, (Maria) The manager wiped down my light fixtures and there are three pieces missing now, didn't say anything about it !! (Angelica). The refrigerator is still dirty! The oven is still dirty, she told me it's hard to get it one hundred percent clean !! The owner does nothing!! Does not call back to solve the problems her team created. For the price I paid, it was supposed to be excellent !! Very Expensive !! She should be out of business!!! People Don't use this company you also will regret it !! read more

They offer pick up and delivery which is extremely convenient. Reasonable price for a head to toe cleaning and they transformed the car that I thought was ruined (because I let my 18 y/o daughter drive it for a year) and brought it back to the way it was when I first gave it to her. After her successful corporate career, Alexa’s experience as a Stay-At-Home-Mom (SAHM) gave her a deep understanding of the countless tasks and responsibilities that come with managing a household. This led her to realize her passion for managing and organizing homes, and she decided to channel that passion into helping others through a cleaning business. Most recently Alexa has expanded her professional endeavors and is now working as a real estate agent with the local Freehold Weichert. My condo has been turned into a year-long rental, and when former tenants leave, it is imperative that the cleaning that is done is "high quality-looking hotel" move-in ready to prospective tenants, and that they do not see any use of the premises left by the former tenants. I had to call 11 cleaning services in order to find one that was not only reliable, but fully understood my need to have the condo "tenant ready" and attractive to who would come to view my condo. Alexa fully understood my needs, went over those services provided in a base price, was willing to go the extra mile in helping me with something I couldn't do myself, and took good pictures showing me what had been done. I had radiant cleaning perform personal organizing for my grandmother. They did an amazing job!!! She struggles with some forgetfulness which is getting worse, so they took special care to meet her at her level. They took time to sit with her and get to know her. They found ways to work around her difficulty parting with items. Not only did they clean and organize, but they were her own private therapist. They have given my whole family peace of mind. Alexa deep cleaned my apartment before I moved in and her team cleaned through things that I would not have expected. They got rid of so much trash and cleaned through things such as the oven, the refrigerator, the microwave, under the sink, etc. It's those things that I could have done, but now I don't have to, which makes my life so much easier since moving is always annoying enough on its own. It was very dirty before moving in and she and her team made it look good as new. Alexa is very kind and professional when conducting business and very flexible with scheduling.
