When my eldest needed pointe shoes their teacher sent us to Barry. You make an appointment and Barry does a special fitting. My daughter felt like she was in Harry Potter and Barry was the wand guy. He has a whole wall of shoes - he knows every single one so Intimately he can take one look at a dancers feet and get an idea of which 1-3 would be best. He has them try on and do some positions to come to a final decision on which one is best. He is SO knowledgeable- bring a notebook and pen. He has so much history he can share with you about dance. His wife is the sweetest and their whole shop makes you feel like you're visiting family. I love being able to find something that no one else has! Also, these suites are very affordable(there is even CUTE suites on the discount rack!) The girls here are so helpful and sweet, they are always honest and help find the best suite for you(what color and shape honestly looks best on your body) I also know that they have many different sizes, so for all you women looking for a certain or maybe larger cup size(carrying up to a size H) they have all different sizes and styles including tankinis, bikinis, one-pieces and so on(plus, swim accessories, flip flops, jewelry, etc.!) Even showed us how to sew it. The experience was night and day and I wish we had just come here from the start. Her previous fitting took 20 minutes, with Nathalie it was 1 hour. My daughter felt at ease there. We left with a beautiful pair of Gaynor Minden Lyra's at msrp, NOT marked up. Would confidently recommend this place to any dancer looking for shoes or dancewear.

I couldn't stay in the store long as the smell was overwhelming. My husband even commented after I walked out that the incense smell was heavy on my clothes. Only thing I'd consider is some of the fabrics have different amounts of stretch so the same size might fit differently in a different fabric.
