I won't shop anywhere else for my daughter's tap/ballet shoes and outfits. I really cannot say enough about the knowledge and customer forward attitude the staff here has. I've never had a question that couldn't be answered and they've always gone above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. The prices feel really reasonable, especially when purchasing for growing kids that need a new size every few months. I took my 9 year old daughter here to get shoes for her new ballet and jazz classes. He explained how to put them on, how the sizing works and allowed for growing room. He answered my daughter's many "what's this" questions about random products they had in stock and was very pleasant. They had so many leotards for every shape and size at reasonable prices. I ended up leaving with much more than I originally planned, I only regret not getting his name! Unfortunately my first experience was the worst experience at this establishment. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the staff was nothing but rude to my daughter and I. I asked a question and was immediately spoken to with a brash attitude from the employee. Last time I checked I am customer and you are there to help us; your'e not there to act like a condescending teenager. Positive attitude is contagious and from what we experienced at Misha's was FAR from positive. In a place where you are shaping young children to become confident, respectful and positive young humans, you should never employ negative adults. If this was my business, I would be embarrassed of the lack of quality employees at hand. It's safe to say we will never go there again. Best wishes and find your positive nature! read more

I needed to buy a few new leotards and shoes for my toddler who just started a dance class. This store is great. It's not the biggest, but it definitely has a great selection! The staff were very helpful in finding my daughter the right fit for what she needed. They also have awesome prices as I was listening to other parents at her dance class, most of them had paid twice of what I had at other stores. I used to like this place, but I will NEVER shop there again. In May when my daughter needed new clean, pristine ballet slippers for recital, I came while she was at school because I knew the size and brought in the exact pair to show the size and width needed. The girl rang up the same (correct) size but wrong width and I didn't notice until my kid couldn't get them on that night. They were too narrow for my daughter so she wore her old pair to the show. The next morning, I called to ask to exchange them for the correct width and was assuming they would put them aside since we were on the way to the next show, but my husband went in and guess what? Mishas didn't even have that width in stock in that size. And we had gone out of our way to get there, even calling first. The salesperson said the narrow ones fit her and would stretch, so my we left... no refund or exchange.... Those slippers are still in their package, unworn because she won't go near them - we told Mishas they did not fit her wide feet, but the person insisted. Thanks, very unhelpful people! read more
