It feels comfortable and she has music playing in the background.

She then stood up and asked if I was Jessica. I responded yes. She went back to client and they chatted for another 5-6 minutes. At 4:50, 20 minutes past my appointment time she asked me back. I came back, I explained I liked a natural classic look. I showed her a picture of my previous lashes. I hadn't had lashes for about a year. My picture clearly showed a natural thin lash as we had even zoomed in on the picture. That's NOT what I walked out with. These are are very thick, very long lashes. I am going to a friend's lash salon to have them fixed. It's unfortunate for her and this salon. I am a good customer and I tip well. I wish yelp allowed me to add photos, so I could you show what I ask for, versus what I got.
