I made a same day appointment for a pedicure and builder gel full set. The salon is small but really nice, I'm guessing they can fill up quick so probably best to have an appointment. The pedicure chairs were really comfortable and clean. The tv had a relaxing video on. The amount of care and detail that all three ladies spent on my pedicure and my nails was above and beyond. My nails were shaped nicely and they were able to provide me with the design I requested. They have tiered pedicures, I went for the $45 which included paraffin wax. The builder gel starts at $60, but I added French and cat eye and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend and this will be my new nail spot. read more

I booked an appointment before they opened last Sunday. No one checked to see what I booked, just kept asking me questions and told me I booked a service that I did not. Gave me dipping powder instead of gel and laughed in my face as if I made the decision on what basket of colors to choose from. Also, I was not given the same energy as others. Overall, my experience was VERY uncomfortable. When other people left they were acknowledged. When I left no one said anything to me. Unacceptable and very disappointing. read more

I want to preface by saying my partner had a different pedicurist who was the same woman who did my nails, which look lovely (with minor defects). My manicurist was the younger woman and she took plenty of time on my hands, I just wish she trimmed some of my cuticles. Two of my nails on my left hand have smeared top coat. I recommend getting a gel top coat to prevent this from happening to you. I'm docking two stars because my toes look bad, as if I painted them myself and wasn't trying very hard. I had a deluxe pedicure that did not feel very deluxe. My nails are uneven and the polish on my toes is thick and clumpy looking. Some of my toe nails have nails and others are cut too short. My big toes are all jacked up and one had a chunk of nail that was sticking out where the pedicurist tried to cut out a slight ingrown edge. I think she was afraid to pull what she started to cut, because when I went home to pull the piece she cut, it hurt pretty good. There wasn't enough paraffin wax when they put my feet in the bags, so only the bottom of my feet were covered. I wouldn't recommend a deluxe pedicure after this experience. I wanted to be pampered but now I have mediocre toes for my vacation. I'm writing this review because for almost $300 dollars I would hope my pedicure wouldve been the same quality as my hands. I went here a few times to really see if I was overthinking, but I definitely wasn't. The first time I went, one of the girls there made not one, not two, but three fingers bleed because she cut me! The second time I went, she hurt me again! She was removing my dip nails, and while she was drilling, it was so hot that I said ow because it hurt so badly. I was also taking someone to try this place out, and when they were having their dip removed, they experienced the same pain! And they kept rotating between each other to do my nails and my friends nails. My friend's nails were also filed and shaped so poorly and very narrow that it looked like baby fingers. I tried a new salon with my previous dip nails, and when they were removing it, it was painless! And the lady constantly checked to see if my nail was too hot (without me having to say anything). That is why I know that this place is not trained well. They traumatize my nails and me of ever coming back that I never got my dip nails removed because I was scared of having it hurt and feel how while they drill it off. read more
