This is a nice looking nail salon overall, with reasonable prices. Unfortunately my experience was a bit iffy. The quality of my pedicure was good. Unfortunately the gel nails I got didn't even last a week before they started lifting. I would suggest not paying extra for gel, this was my first time getting them and I thought they'd last at least two weeks. I question the sanitary aspect of the salon, the foot scrubber she used on my calluses was placed on top of the other foot scrubbers. So do they just reuse them, or was it not paying attention this one time? I didn't end up with athletes foot or anything luckily. read more

Worst service I've ever had! We made an appointment for 3 pedicures and had picked one of the deluxe spa packages, which were $75/each so I expected top-tier service...unfortunately we did not get that. When we sat down, there was another lady that was supposed to do my pedicure but she said in Vietnamese "why are their legs so big?" Shortly after, she got up and had Tony do my pedicure instead. Linh and Lee, who did my friends' pedicures, gave decent massages and spent a lot more time on their legs than Tony did mine. I did not get any massage other than rubbing my legs and he just wiggled my feet a little bit. Not only was my massage terrible but one of the steam machines didn't work so they cut my steam short to move it to my friend, so I barely had any steam (which was $15 more). All of our paint jobs were bad and Lily ended up taking over once they got busy, but messed up my friend's big toe and my big toe, so she re-did them without putting on base coat again. read more

First time visiting this salon, would not recommend. Regular gel manicure started peeling on day 3, did not even last a week.

The pedicure was great, and my feet are very soft and very beautiful however, the manicure was not good. My dip nails came out very thick, very uneven, and they cut my cuticles to the point of almost all of them bleeding. I went back in today to get one nail fixed because it had broken less than 3 days after my manicure and the it looks worse than the original. The texture is uneven and when I asked her to thin out a couple of them, she wasn't entirely sure what I was talking about. read more

This place is nestled in a small town center shopping area next to a teriyaki place and a music lesson center. It has limited parking so you may have to grab a spot that's at another business. The place itself is bright and airy, and everyone that we interacted with were super kind. They gave us coke and sprite to drink and I believe they also offered coffee and tea. My daughter got a manicure and I got a pedicure. There were so many designs and colors to choose from. They let my daughter sit next to me in a pedicure chair even though she was getting a manicure which was super kind of them! My daughter loved her nails and my pedicure lasted a long time. They even gave me paper shoes since I had worn sneakers and socks there, not knowing I had to wear sandals on my way out (oops!). We really enjoyed our visit and we'll be back! I had a really bad experience getting my nails done almost 3 years ago and finally got the courage to try Herbal nails after reading reviews and I am so so happy with my entire appointment. Tony did an amazing job matching the shape and length of every nail, watching him apply the acrylic was truly like watching an artist make beautiful art. I wish they would seriously learn and actually take the time to care for their customers that book an appointment. If you're getting any design or acrylics done at Herbal Nail, ask for Tony. He was friendly and meticulously shaped my acrylics to match both hands without thinning my nails at all. He mostly used a nail filer, resulting in strong, healthy nails. Tony made me feel comfortable asking for exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect length with precise design. He has glowing reviews and pictures posted by others that show his nail art skills, which is why I requested him in the first place. I really enjoyed my pedicure here. The nail technician was very sweet and she was very thorough with my scrub and massage. I wish she would've spent more time on my heels, as they are my most dry area (as is the case for most people), but I still enjoyed it. Also, she did a good job of removing the excess skin from around my big toe nail area. She got them all nice and clean. Her paint job was fantastic and I LOVED the massage chairs. It is important to have a great massage chair for a pedicure, and they have wonderful ones lining their wall. I paid $52 for a mani-pedi as a walk-in. They both turned out okay, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price given how slightly messy it looks. If you're not one to pay attention to too much detail, then I'm sure you'd like this place. However, since I am attentive to detail, I noticed some flaws. I was mostly shocked by my right pinky, it wasn't filled all the way and the filing made my nail look jagged. For my pedi, some nails would go over the cuticle line and some wouldn't. It doesn't look consistent. I'm also not sure if it's normal to only do 2 coats of paint bc the black polish is slightly see through? My mom used to do my nails and she would make sure to do three coats every time, so the color definitely looked more opaque. Service wise, it was ok. It was nice that they offered some free water. My pedi person made some standard small talk, but I feel like my mani person made some really inappropriate comments about my weight. I'm a thin and petite girl, which I'm aware of, but she asked me if I eat a lot and proceeded to tell me about how it will affect my health... I have an eating disorder so anything that said about my weight, I already know about. I get the sentiment, but I'd rather not talk about such a sensitive topic as I'm trying to relax. One of the only things I can say I truly liked was the foot massage, it felt great. read more

My third time here and I have only experienced excellence. This salon knows what they are doing and does not cut corners. They corrected another salon's lack of service (I asked for dipped and they gave me acrylics), they remove SNS by soaking versus digging and scraping, and they take the time to truly understand what you want done. I came in as a walk in at 630p when they close at 7p for ombre dipped nails. The owner, Lily took me right away and got me started removing my overly grown out dipped nails. Long story short, May finished my nails with care and quality despite the time. During the drying process, when one nail was smudged on accident, she took the time to resurface the smudged nail to fix it. Aside from the free membership point rewards, they offer beverages, they take quality and service seriously. Lily is so personable and runs her business with great attention to detail. read more

I first got my nails done about 3 weeks ago with Kathy and I told her that it's been over a year since I got a full set because my previous experience with other shops and how badly other nail techs cut me. I was extremely anxious and probably tense the entire time, But Kathy was super careful and made me feel really comfortable which I appreciate so much!! Today, I was in the area & was due for my fill so I just decided to stop by and see if I could do a walk-in with Kathy and they took me in. It was a 30+ minute wait but I expected it, + it didn't bother me at all. But next time, just so I don't make her or any other techs feel rushed, I'll call and schedule instead of just popping up. The entire staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating. They offer you a drink and they also have a stamp card program (you go x amount of times & you get a discount).
