This is a nice looking nail salon overall, with reasonable prices. Unfortunately my experience was a bit iffy. The quality of my pedicure was good. Unfortunately the gel nails I got didn't even last a week before they started lifting. I would suggest not paying extra for gel, this was my first time getting them and I thought they'd last at least two weeks. I question the sanitary aspect of the salon, the foot scrubber she used on my calluses was placed on top of the other foot scrubbers. So do they just reuse them, or was it not paying attention this one time? I didn't end up with athletes foot or anything luckily. read more

Worst service I've ever had! We made an appointment for 3 pedicures and had picked one of the deluxe spa packages, which were $75/each so I expected top-tier service...unfortunately we did not get that. When we sat down, there was another lady that was supposed to do my pedicure but she said in Vietnamese "why are their legs so big?" Shortly after, she got up and had Tony do my pedicure instead. Linh and Lee, who did my friends' pedicures, gave decent massages and spent a lot more time on their legs than Tony did mine. I did not get any massage other than rubbing my legs and he just wiggled my feet a little bit. Not only was my massage terrible but one of the steam machines didn't work so they cut my steam short to move it to my friend, so I barely had any steam (which was $15 more). All of our paint jobs were bad and Lily ended up taking over once they got busy, but messed up my friend's big toe and my big toe, so she re-did them without putting on base coat again. read more

I don't get my nails done very often. Twice a year usually for my birthday and Christmas time. Coming here is always a wonderful experience. I get the basic Herbal pedicure and it feels so luxurious! I love the sugar scrub and pressure point massage. The complimentary tea is lovely too. Everything looks so pristine and fancy since the remodel too! read more

It's been a minute since I've gone to herbal nails and spa but I'm back! I haven't visited in some time because I just haven't had my nails done forever! The quality is still amazing and my nails came out perfectly. I did the gel x (medium) extensions with a nude pink and chrome on top. They're so beautiful and I can't stop looking at them. Just moved to Washington from Florida 9 months ago and haven't been able to find a good salon to stick with up until today! The customer service was through the roof! Was welcomed at the door with a smile offered me a beverage then was sat with my nail tech Henna! She was super gentle with my hands and didn't cut me at all! The pedicure was great, and my feet are very soft and very beautiful however, the manicure was not good. My dip nails came out very thick, very uneven, and they cut my cuticles to the point of almost all of them bleeding. I went back in today to get one nail fixed because it had broken less than 3 days after my manicure and the it looks worse than the original. The texture is uneven and when I asked her to thin out a couple of them, she wasn't entirely sure what I was talking about. read more

Still my go-to nail salon. My nails always look great! I get radical gel and it feels more natural compared to other gels. It's sturdy as well, almost never chips on me and I do a lot of chores at home. They recently updated their furniture and they look amazing! Make sure to sign up for rewards. I've been a customer here for a long time, and always had excellent service and quality outcomes. Today I went to get nails and toes for a special event-- ended up getting tips and dipped nails with painted color (so I could change out paint after the event for something more subdued) and they delivered the perfect set! The quality of the mani is so disappointing. Gel overflow, really uneven surface of the nail. It was a Friday afternoon. I am a walk-in customer maybe that's why they just rush through it. This place is nestled in a small town center shopping area next to a teriyaki place and a music lesson center. It has limited parking so you may have to grab a spot that's at another business. The place itself is bright and airy, and everyone that we interacted with were super kind. They gave us coke and sprite to drink and I believe they also offered coffee and tea. My daughter got a manicure and I got a pedicure. There were so many designs and colors to choose from. They let my daughter sit next to me in a pedicure chair even though she was getting a manicure which was super kind of them! My daughter loved her nails and my pedicure lasted a long time. They even gave me paper shoes since I had worn sneakers and socks there, not knowing I had to wear sandals on my way out (oops!). We really enjoyed our visit and we'll be back! I had a really bad experience getting my nails done almost 3 years ago and finally got the courage to try Herbal nails after reading reviews and I am so so happy with my entire appointment. Tony did an amazing job matching the shape and length of every nail, watching him apply the acrylic was truly like watching an artist make beautiful art. I also got a hot stone pedicure and the massage and pedicure was so thorough and long I actually ran out of time before we could get to painting the toenails and I was not upset at all since the whole experience was so amazing! It's a constant struggle. I'm here every 3 weeks to get a fill. I'm always having to wait even with an appointment because they are so unorganized and consistently overbooking. I wish they would seriously learn and actually take the time to care for their customers that book an appointment. I'm just not too sure what's the point in booking an appointment if I'm having to wait an additional 30 minutes to get seated. It's very clear when they're busy, my nails are poorly done. It's really hard, I've been a very loyal customer. I want to continue to keep coming back but my time doesn't seem to be valued. read more

If you're getting any design or acrylics done at Herbal Nail, ask for Tony. He was friendly and meticulously shaped my acrylics to match both hands without thinning my nails at all. He mostly used a nail filer, resulting in strong, healthy nails. Tony made me feel comfortable asking for exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect length with precise design. He has glowing reviews and pictures posted by others that show his nail art skills, which is why I requested him in the first place. I got a $55 acrylic full set plus $10 for French tips, totaling $65 and it was well worth it! I can't imagine doing my acrylics anywhere else now. read more

My husband had a regular pedicure for $35. It was really quick, usually they would do a nice message but not this place. I had the $45 pedicure. It was not relaxing at all and not worth the money. The person kept talking and getting up to help other clients coming in. Not worth the $$$. read more

I made an appointment for myself and my friend to have 2 gel fills. Our appointment was at 10am and I was running late. I called to let them know and they were very accommodating. My friend and I sat right down and were able to get our nails done quickly and efficiently. I didn't know which red I wanted and the gal picked one out for me as well as the sparkly gold. Last time I was here I had a pedicure and love their work. This time I came in for a dip manicure and disappointed with the quality. I had to soak my nails in an acetone bath for 10-15 mins to get the previous dip powder off. While I was doing that, he was cleaning up his station and drawers where tools were in. Not sure if the tools were clean. As for my dip manicure... There was gunk left on my skin and underneath my nails after he was done. Also the nail polish at the base wasn't smoothed down which created a ledge. As soon as I left the station to go pay, he called the next person down to have a seat at the same place... no time to clean up before the next customer. Overall.. disappointed. read more

The interior of the place is quite bright with lots of overhead lighting, so if you're sensitive to light maybe be mindful of that. Originally my niece and I went for a pedicure. I had a fairly light glittery color and she had a mermaid polish. I don't feel the skin in front of my nails were clipped enough which made them look not done. My polish didn't cover my whole nail and I was very disappointed. I called and spoke with the manager and she said we could come back. We had a set time but had to wait 45 minutes for them to do our polish change only. I just moved here from Minnesota and i have had the same nail lady for over 5 years now. I never thought i would find another salon that was as good as the one I had been visiting but LET ME TELL YOU! This place is so amazing! I got my nails done in a dip for such a good price! It was even an ombré. They were fast, efficient, kind, and they didn't hurt my fingers like so many other places do! Definitely check this place out you won't regret it! I really enjoyed my pedicure here. The nail technician was very sweet and she was very thorough with my scrub and massage. I wish she would've spent more time on my heels, as they are my most dry area (as is the case for most people), but I still enjoyed it. Also, she did a good job of removing the excess skin from around my big toe nail area. She got them all nice and clean. Her paint job was fantastic and I LOVED the massage chairs. It is important to have a great massage chair for a pedicure, and they have wonderful ones lining their wall. This salon is a bit hidden and I passed it the first time around, but I will make it a point to go back for another pedicure. I got the "Herbal Spa Pedicure" by the way. My third time here and I have only experienced excellence. This salon knows what they are doing and does not cut corners. They corrected another salon's lack of service (I asked for dipped and they gave me acrylics), they remove SNS by soaking versus digging and scraping, and they take the time to truly understand what you want done. I came in as a walk in at 630p when they close at 7p for ombre dipped nails. The owner, Lily took me right away and got me started removing my overly grown out dipped nails. Long story short, May finished my nails with care and quality despite the time. During the drying process, when one nail was smudged on accident, she took the time to resurface the smudged nail to fix it. Aside from the free membership point rewards, they offer beverages, they take quality and service seriously. Lily is so personable and runs her business with great attention to detail. read more

I first got my nails done about 3 weeks ago with Kathy and I told her that it's been over a year since I got a full set because my previous experience with other shops and how badly other nail techs cut me. I was extremely anxious and probably tense the entire time, But Kathy was super careful and made me feel really comfortable which I appreciate so much!! Today, I was in the area & was due for my fill so I just decided to stop by and see if I could do a walk-in with Kathy and they took me in. It was a 30+ minute wait but I expected it, + it didn't bother me at all. But next time, just so I don't make her or any other techs feel rushed, I'll call and schedule instead of just popping up. The entire staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating. They offer you a drink and they also have a stamp card program (you go x amount of times & you get a discount). I believe if it is your first time + you want your nail fixed or not satisfied with something they'll fix it for free up to a week from when you went in. The nail salon is also very clean. Had chrome gel for my hand nails and foot massage + gel. The gel didn't last long - coat started to break after 3 DAYS. today is the 5th day and you can see from my photos how the nails look like now (I didn't do any labor intense work). The lady who did my nail was friendly, but I think she needs to improve her skill or at least pay more attention to her work. Won't come again. read more

I didn't feel comfortable expressing my concerns at the time, so I went to the Lynnwood location to see if anything could be done. I was warmly welcomed by Erica, who was understanding and willing to help. Since it was near closing time, I was told a manager would follow up with me regarding possible solutions--whether that be a partial refund or a no-cost correction (such as a partial removal and reapplication to adjust the lengths). Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, so I contacted the manager myself. When he returned my call, he informed me that both Lindsey and Erica felt the set matched the reference photo--something I respectfully disagreed with. He stated that refunds were not offered, but agreed to provide a complimentary partial removal and length adjustment. However, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. The next day, I arrived for the appointment as scheduled, only to find that it had been booked for just 30 minutes--far too short for any meaningful correction. Erica was helpful again and suggested I do a full removal now and return for a full set (which I would pay for) or wait until my next fill to make the desired changes. At that point, I decided to leaving the lashes as is and move forward with a fill at a different salon where I had already booked an appointment for a few weeks later. Overall, while I appreciated the kindness of the lash technicians, the experience with management was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I had hoped for. I have been a client of Herbal Nails & Spa for over a year. My first experience was "ok" but I liked the overall feel in the shop at the time. I found Susan met more to my liking as my nail technician and continued to go to her and tip her for her efforts. She made a recommendation of another technician while away on her vacation "just in case" something happened and I needed something. Upon her return from vacation, I was able to get another service, then suddenly she was gone. Instead of saying "Susan is no longer with our salon" I was told she moved back to her home country and was leaving her husband. All I could think is what the heck???? Then I found out it wasn't true at all. I struggled at being told a lie and remaining a client of the salon. I sucked up my feelings about being lied to and decided the quality of the nails for me were worth trying again. I returned twice more but I won't be returning again. Like I said I have been using their services for over a year and have had minimal to zero issues with my nails. This last time my technician nearly fell asleep while using the drill to shape my nails and in less than 2 weeks two of my nails are lifting. Admittedly I would normally contact the business directly but I noticed a relaxing of decorum among the technician while clients were there. I am no prud but compounded on the lie, the nearly falling asleep while doing my nails, the casual attitudes, and now the lifting of my nails. I am not going to contact them, I am putting out here. Saw this place had 5 stars and nail salons NEVER average 5, so i decided to check it out.Yelp didn't disappoint. This place is SO clean with many details: the nail color options are organized and modern. The price sheets look like little restaurant menus and the service is impeccable. They have big TVs, clean fixtures and were playing classical music when i arrived. They guarantee their gels for a week so matter what. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Me neither. The guy at the counter began by greeting me upon arrival and offered me a beverage. Diet Coke for me. He pulled out chairs, offered to let me wait in a massage chair and chatted easily with all of his customers. He told me a bit about how they started out and how he wanted their place to be different by having exceptional customer service. No kidding. He checked in twice to make sure I was satisfied. He offered to take me trash. He enthusiastically greeted every customer upon arrival and sincerely made sure they were fully satisfied before they left. The lady who did my nails did a great job. She was friendly and chatted easily. No "extra charge" for using a card. No rushing. No weirdness. Oh and my nails looks fabulous. read more

I love a nice pedi and with a friend in town from NY I said why not. We meet halfway from seattle/snohimish and chose this place because of the 5 star reviews. It was amazying. Super friendly staff, extremely doting and I left feeling amazing. I have very sensitive skin and the gentleman running helped me select an all natural product that wouldn't irritate. My associate did a gorgeous nail art as well. I will definitely be moving my pedi business to this salon. Loved it!!!! Thanks for a great afternoon. I've been to so many nail salon in the past, and all of them had always gave me a good service but the result that I got from my pedicure and manicure was so so. Until I met Lilly from this Herbal nail and spa, Lily is the owner of the salon and she is amazing. I told her what I want and she listen to what I say. My daughter and I went to get our toenails done a few weeks ago. We were nicely greeted and asked to pick out our colors for our pedicures. After we picked out our colors and were seated in massage chairs. We were also offered some pretty tasty and exotic tea. The prices are very reasonable and I felt like they genuinely cared about our designs. We showed them designs off our phone and they were able to do them. We are very pleased. read more
