This guy responded quickly!! Nice guy. I asked for a hand wax. He confirmed clay bar. I said yes. They showed up about an hour late, but he texted updates. When they got there he tried to upsell me. I hate that. He told me they could do a liquid wax or a ceramic coating. $$$$ ceramic or a crappy liquid wax. I said no to the ceramic and begrudgingly agreed to the liquid wax. Thought I was paying for clay bar. But you really don't want to argue with the guys who's about to wax your car. They did a decent job. But they moved all my personal items. They even removed my box of Kleenex and hand wipes. Nowhere to be found. Weird. Maybe the guy on the inside needed that stuff for his house. I wasn't 100% happy but it was good enough. Three weeks later I thought I'd give them another shot with just a wash. I texted to make the appointment. He said couldn't get to it that day but that he would be able to get me in the middle of the day the next day. Between 12 and 2:30. I checked in at about noon the next day since I hadn't heard from him. He then responds that "today is out of the question as we are cooked with others work". I planned my day around our appointment.
