I went with the gold package because I've had my car for three years and have not had a chance to detail it. Super accommodating, he changes his schedule just for you (even though he doesn't need to!) He helps me take care of both my baby cars and has them looking great. EVERYTHING went well!!!!! They responded quickly to my initial message, & kept responding with further info back & forth perfectly, fast, & cordially. They listened to my unique issue & responded in the best way, and even worked with my budget, thankfully! I was told an approximate time they'd arrive, & he said he'd also contact me to let me know they were enroute; sure enough they came real quick, like within an hour or so after my initial inquiry, and sure enough, they texted me when enroute w a 20 min ETA, and they showed up on time, ready to go. (a passenger apparently unbeknownst to me brought an open alcohol container into the car & spilled their drink, yikes! Mediocre service. Ordered interior detailing. They missed the basics - belt holders were never touched. Neither was the sun wiser. My cables are all ripped from dashboard. Yellow (a very bright color mind you) wipe I had in my door is gone. Crew missed the obvious debris, had to point out to it after they said they finished cleaning. Floor mats are all covered in grease. I had to wash them with soap to remove it. Don't recommend. P.S. funny how the owner thinks i am confused. Let it it a warning for you all.
