Out of all the companies that my project request for quote was sent out to, Danny's (owner/operator) expeditious and thorough response definitely impressed me (multiple helpful messages, photos of cars of same model he's done to demonstrate the final work, photos of his shop/garage, etc). After a phone call to discuss particulars, we settled on a very reasonable price for 7 year ceramic coating and made appointment that same week, and I'm so very glad I did! Danny wasn't the least expensive quote but he wasn't the most expensive quote either. That being said: He is the best. To be honest, I was trying to get Danny (the owner) to do the job but he ended up not being able to do the day we planned. The pictures of his work are impeccable. Danny hopped on the phone and told me his business partner, Daniel (confusing with the names, I know and so does Danny haha) could do it and was trained by him. Danny explained that Daniel had promoted from his assistant to his business partner. He vouched for his work and made me feel more comfortable with this arrangement. He had Daniel complete the job, send him pictures and videos of the work, and then Danny and I got on the phone way later on to process a credit card payment. Now for the work. Daniel did a fantastic job on my black sedan I was getting ready to sell it and he got out all the minor to medium scratches. He came to my house to work on it and knocked it out in about 4-4.5 hours. It looked so nice and restored (showroom restoration). We just did an exterior detail but it was crucial. For real, it made a huge difference in how my car looked and the value it commanded. Very easy to work with, excellent work, and trustworthy -- you can't miss with South Bay Royal Detailing. I originally reached out to inquire about a few deep scratches on my car, but when I saw that he offered interior detailing, I thought, "why not kill two birds with one stone". He asked that I provide pictures of the scratches, he assessed them, and he let me know what he could do. He let me know that it wouldn't be 100% fixed, but it would definitely be better. I personally think he sold himself short because I was thoroughly impressed by the difference - especially at the price point provided. The same could be said for the quality of the interior reset. My car's interior is black and cloth. At first glance, it did not look very dirty, but looks can be deceiving. Danny was communicative throughout the process and even went so far as to send me videos while he worked on my car. It turns out, my car was filthy. Danny extracted 7 years of dirt and grime from my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze, that I didn't even know existed. I received my services early October, and I am still in awe of the results. One more thing to note and appreciate, is that Danny is very honest. I reached out to him today to inquire about paint correction services. He let me know that the services he offers wouldn't resolve the issue I was aiming to fix. I needed to get my fabric seats and interior cleaned, and Danny provided an absolutely STELLAR experience from beginning to end. I submitted an inquiry on Yelp at around 7:30pm on a Tuesday night, and Danny replied via text AND call almost immediately. He clearly explained his services and worked with me to figure out an appointment time that would fit my schedule, and I ended up bringing my car to Danny's location the following day. I didn't have a way to get back home, so Danny's son gave me a ride back to my house, AND PICKED ME UP when my car was ready, a couple hours later. The cleaning job Danny did went beyond all of my expectations. I couldn't believe how clean the seats were! I have cream-colored fabric seats that have been stepped on, dropped food and drink on, and overall abused by two kids for years, and the seats basically looked brand new after Danny was done with them. The entire interior was SPOTLESS and super fresh and clean. Danny also sent me videos documenting his progress, showing how he cleans the seats, and how dirty the water was afterwards. This was one of the best car-related experiences I've ever had, and I couldn't recommend Danny more to anyone looking for a professional, fast, and thorough car detailer. I was looking for someone to do a deep-clean of my car's interior, and I'm glad I found Danny. I reached out to a few different cleaners, and he got back to me with a good offer and some examples of his work. I had some trouble getting back to him because of my work schedule, but once we sorted out time and date, he was able to swing by to take care of my Civic. I didn't think my car was that bad, but man. I was desensitized to 7 years of grime, and he showed me just how gross my car had gotten. I asked him to clean my car, and he went above and beyond, making it look newer than new. The stains and debris were gone. The cupholders were safe to put things in again. I had been worming my way out of driving friends and family around because I was embarrassed by my car's interior, but Danny has me ready for passengers once more. I've driven multiple dogs around for a while, so I had a lot of dog hair that required a bit more work. It was a minor fee on top of a reasonable service price, so I was happy to pay it, especially for how much work went into getting all the dog hairs out from the upholstery and the spaces between the seats and seat rails.
