SOOOOO upset. Decided to treat myself to interior detailing for my birthday. I'm a single mom and wanted to do something nice for myself. I got a regular car wash this morning and dried it myself with a microfiber cloth and would have 100000% noticed scratched of this caliber. A few hours later it was my appointment - Matthew and his colleague showed up promptly and were friendly. I should have been alarmed when they said it would only be 1 hour as all the other places said 2 at least and even when I clean out my own car it is well over an hour, but there were two of them so I figured they would be thorough. WRONG. Not only did I get to my car to find 3 HUGE scratches on the front (bad ones as if it had been keyed), but the car still had sand on the seats, seats weren't wiped down, greasy film left everywhere - absolutely terrible. I tried calling and texting him and he has not answered. Hopefully Chase will help me rectify this, but I feel so wronged. I will post photos of the work done. Ryan and Co are so damn good at what they do.. car will look like it is dripping wet after. Inside and out, they have by far the best attention to detail of any place I have ever taken my car to.. and they came to me! My car looks better than it ever did, including when I bought it. Oh and I had pounded on my 4Runner at Hungry Valley SVRA for a couple days prior to him coming.. I had pinstripes all over my car, semi broken my side mirror, which I had to replace the cover for. She was looking pretty bad (of course, forgot to take a before pic). Ryan made it as if it never happened... almost sad because now there is zero evidence of all the drunken insanity than ensued in Gorman but I'll live with it ;( I hadn't had him come by for a few years and that was a total mistake.. he needs to come by at least twice a year. I love my babies and they deserve his touch. Asked him to come back for my truck! Truck has gotten hammered from Mojave trial to Imogene without so much as a drop of wax so looking forward to what he'll do with my main baby.. can't wait!!! Recently got a scrape/dent on my car last week and reached out to some local auto detail businesses to help remove the scratches. Ryan reached out in less than 24 hours and was able to stop by same day to help me with my car and it basically looks like the day I drove my car out of the dealership! He was honest and upfront about not being able to fix the dent, but the work he did to remove the scratches makes the dent impossible to see. Outstanding service, my car looks brand new!!! I don't know what Ryan did but I don't think my car looked this shiny when I bought it. Decided to go with this mobile service vice a traditional detailer (brick and mortar shop) based on the reviews in Yelp and I'm so happy I did. We had a little mix up with my address, but once we worked that out Ryan and another guy worked super fast to detail my car inside in out, right in the convenience of my driveway. The interior wasn't in bad shape (no kids or pets and few passengers) but the exterior had a graveyard of old dead bugs and plenty scratches from back and forth driving to San Diego twice a week. No signs of any of that now and they even buffed out major scratches on my side view mirror from me knocking the whole thing off one night backing into the garage - now you can hardly tell there was any damage. My only complaint is that the work ended up costing more than I was originally quoted via yelp. I'm still satisfied with the end product but be weary if you get a quote.
