Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. It took a while to find someone good to fix the leaks, but once we did, we needed a good painter to fix the wall & ceiling damage and repaint. We also took the opportunity to change the color of the room. The end result is great, and we're very happy! Also, their rates were fair. Scraping and spackling to repair all the damage, priming and painting, with a crew of 3 over two days, was $1,250. Seems like a very fair price to me, especially since they were careful, neat and gave us a gorgeous end result! We're very happy, and I highly recommend them!
