Dr. Boynton ran extensive blood work for both of us and was able to see what areas we were high, normal and low in (thyroid, immune system, vitamin levels, liver function, Ect) and then he develops a supplement plan specially based on your labs to get you back where you need to be. Then he runs the same labs again to measure improvement and what is still needed. I have the MTHFR genetic mutation and it's been so hard trying to figure out the right supplements to take on my own. Dr. Boyton has studied MTHFR extensively and it's been such a relief to have someone more knowledgeable on the condition to help guide me through it which is why I started to go to him in the first place. However he's helped to discover several other issues that needed to be addressed. I feel better and have more energy since we first started going. He has helped me and my husband so much - I highly recommend him!

The staff greeted me friendly as usual, and assured me that they would do what they could to get me in. I was made aware that there was no guarantee of being seen in the morning, But at the latest it would be in the afternoon. After waiting only 30 minutes, probably less, Dr. Denny was able to see me. But that's not even the most impressive part. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he and his staff were. I knew that I had to of been an inconvenience on the schedule, but I was also extremely nervous because of what I thought were health concerns with tissue inside my mouth. Dr.Denny and his staff thoroughly evaluated me even passed what would be considered, thorough, just to appease my peace of mind. I left feeling much better. His staff was friendly and threw in a few jokes along the way, on the way out. You don't find that much lately. So many people are in such a hurry, and if they are inconvenienced, they are quick to let you know it. I have reviewed this practice once already with a five star. I feel it is worth every bit of my time to review them again on a different forum. These guys are truly a great group of caregivers. If you're looking for a dentist, you cannot go wrong here. She gave it to me for my birthday- LAST year. Dawn told me because I used it I couldn't use the one I purchased. Allow me to say, I confirmed my Groupon TWICE before coming to my appointment. I was told I was fine to use it. When I told Dawn this, she said the receptionist was new and didn't know the policies. As if that was my fault. While she explained this to me, she was condescending and abrasive and embarrassed me in front of the other clients. I cannot believe I was treated so poorly. I would advice EVERYONE to take your business elsewhere. Unless you like to be humiliated and taken advantage of and robbed of your money. Awful, terrible experience.

They offer a variety of styles of classes that are described on their website but are best to experience firsthand to see which one (or ones, in my case since I like them all) you like. The studio has a fun sticker program where you can earn a free cup by trying one of each style of class so make sure and ask about that. Every teacher is great and I have not found one person there that isn't welcoming and encouraging no matter what level you are in with your yoga practice. If you have considered yoga, or if you are an experienced Yogi, this studio has something for you!
