Dr. Fattahi has a great chairside manner and is very caring, and he listens to you. The staff are all very professional and make you feel comfortable. I've been at this office probably six times to date, and I am always called in for my appointment exactly on time. Never any wait, or delay, or overbooking. That is so important. The clerical staff are extremely helpful in sorting out the insurance, determining the best plan of action and timing of appointments. And everyone is cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental.

It turns out the first set was *supposed* to be accurate (which it was a million miles away from). She had a small amount of large, cute, adorable teeth. What they gave us have many, many, tiny teeth. We assumed that when we got the second pair, those would be made off of the expensive molds - because obviously these weren't. These look like they came out of a 25 cent costume teeth vending machine. They've already destroyed the molds we paid hundreds and hundreds to have made. To make things more wrong, the visits my wife made to get them to (hopefully) remedy their bad work, we were charged for. Now after we've gathered photos from friends and family - we are 100% convinced they gave her the wrong set. It has been a while since they were first made, they did a bit of victim-blaming there - my wife has been in and out of the hospital a lot since the dental procedure. We've been spending these last weeks assessing all of the harm done by having gone to Hamilton Dental Group, collecting photos, bills, etc. She lost a lot of blood after the surgery, in part because the dentures were supposed to serve as a sort of bandage after surgery. Having ones that didn't remotely fit contributed to her bleeding out and being in the hospital for transfusions a while. She is still working her way up to normal since then. Anyway - we're well-over $13,000 in. All we got out of it was a lot of fear, pain, hospital time and after all this time my wife's health is still suffering as a result of having nothing to eat with. Sick they charged her for attempted fixes, worse they have even offered a refund. They have done a hundred times that in harm so far.

The staff greeted me friendly as usual, and assured me that they would do what they could to get me in. I was made aware that there was no guarantee of being seen in the morning, But at the latest it would be in the afternoon. After waiting only 30 minutes, probably less, Dr. Denny was able to see me. But that's not even the most impressive part. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he and his staff were. I knew that I had to of been an inconvenience on the schedule, but I was also extremely nervous because of what I thought were health concerns with tissue inside my mouth. Dr.Denny and his staff thoroughly evaluated me even passed what would be considered, thorough, just to appease my peace of mind. I left feeling much better. His staff was friendly and threw in a few jokes along the way, on the way out. You don't find that much lately. So many people are in such a hurry, and if they are inconvenienced, they are quick to let you know it. I have reviewed this practice once already with a five star. I feel it is worth every bit of my time to review them again on a different forum. These guys are truly a great group of caregivers. If you're looking for a dentist, you cannot go wrong here. Dr. Banks and staff are without a doubt the finest dental team in the world. People are like "uh I really like my own dentist" nah, just save it. This isn't arguable. It's a fact. They were billing 2 different dental insurance companies we had and not doing coordination of…read morebenefits. The 2 coverages we had did not know about the other companies so they were both being billed as primaries. This dental company was collecting more than the original bill amount. This company had to pay back money to the secondary insurance company. If you have 2 insurance coverage companies, watch the billing. A woman in that department attempted to gaslight me and make me feel like I was the one making a mistake. It was clear who was in the wrong when they paid the secondary insurance company back what was owed back to them. When I transferred to a different dentist, I requested records from this fraudulent dental billing. I was then once again gaslighted and was told I would have to pay for the records to be transferred. I threatened to turn everything over to the Ohio State Attorney General's office. Needless to say I did not pay to have those records transferred. And no, this is not my real name. I am choosing to use an alias to protect my anonymity.

I really appreciated he explained everything to my daughter in a way she'd understand and he does that every visit. His staff also does the same thing. Then they just make sure I understood what he told her. We compared a few places around before going with Lunt and he was the most affordable option price wise we found. I also appreciated the different ways to pay. The other big thing is that I really appreciate he has early morning hours so the kids don't have to miss a ton of school. That is hard to find and alone would make me choose him as an orthodontist.

On top of poor customer service, I started to get the feeling the actual dentist was not great, despite all his high-tech appliances and seemingly large staff (that somehow were always changing...). I love my teeth, and I have only had issues with one of them since childhood, which needed a crown. Well, after years of a clean bill of health at each cleaning (even paying extra for more frequent x-rays that my insurance doesn't cover because, again, I love my teeth), I changed offices to Dr. Nguyen at Centerville Family, and I had 2 SERIOUS cavities that had been brewing for YEARS. LITERAL YEARS. So much damage. DR. Nyugen refused to throw the previous dentist under the bus. But I could see them in the photos and x-rays and I am NOT a dentist. Because the teeth were in the top back, I could not see the damage when brushing, but my goodness - how could a dentist miss this?? I was crushed. Dr. Nguyen repaired them (filled a cavity and then replaced my crown and it was so much better than my first crown, I cannot even believe I suffered so long with the first one - old dentist told me it was normal to feel discomfort for 6-18 MONTHS! And I believed him!). I had my crown finished off this morning and I feel completely normal. The staff here - NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE.
