We came in as a family as visitors to Ocean Shores, 5 of us, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the shop is run with real care and intention--everything felt thoughtfully arranged, giving it a curated aesthetic rather than the usual clutter you might expect. The store really shines in its housewares section, with a great selection that felt like a mix of practical finds and unique pieces--almost like a bit of Seattle charm made its way to the coast. The ladies behind the counter were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made browsing even more enjoyable. Prices were low compared to the Goodwills we go to, and we had a great time digging through all the little treasures. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time just exploring. This is a good place, although I wish they were open until 6pm and open on Sundays. I work business hours and with them closing at 4 on weekdays, I'm unable to go. Saturday has been the only day and it's super busy and not many fun finds because it's all picked over. Hope they consider extending the hours. read more

This thrift store is kept neat, clean, and tidy by the friendly staff! We love stopping here each time we come to town. There is almost anything you can think of to find; holiday, housewares, clothing, linens... The prices are fair, and the store set up well for shopping. I love the little basket carts! read more

I had forgotten something at home while on vacation and with them being one of the only clothing stores, I had to stop in. The staff was very friendly (but didn't hound me) and I ended up finding a cute dress, sweater, and books I'd been wanting! Nothing coat more than $3 either. What a success! Definitely worth checking out if you're a thrifter. read more

There is nothing good in here, very run down. Even the staff is depressed and take it out on the customers with very rude sharp comments. God forbid you get in line to buy something, you will be yelled at for not following the imaginary line protocols. read more

Anchor Thrift screens donations so all merchandise is generally of good quality. Staff is friendly and helpful, will assist with a smile. Always new donations coming in so you could literally find something new every day. Fair prices. A new Thrift store has opened behind the Convention Center named Yard Sale Finds they also have interesting finds and fair prices. Not as large as Anchor but always something that needs to go home with me. I really dislike Thrift Stores that charge as new prices and have never had that happen at either store. Shop on! read more

Checking out thrift shops while I'm traveling is one of my favorite things to do. The prices here were all over the place. Some items were DRAMATICALLY overpriced, while some were a steal. It was a lot of older stuff, lots of junk, but isn't digging for your treasure what thrifting is all about? It's great they money goes towards a good cause! read more

Great find while at the beach. Store is clean, prices are decent, sales people are great. I needed a couple scrub shirts for the beach and was happy to find them for $2-3 instead of $6-7 that Goodwill now charges. Good selection of books, kitchen items, a little bit of everything. read more

WOW - this place looks a little sketchy from the outside. We were worried it would be mostly junk. However, we found some wonderful name brand items at great prices. We walked out of there very happy (although the staff was NOT happy we walked in 30 minutes before closing). I do agree, there was a LOT of dust. The people are always friendly and helpful. It's the one place I always spend money at in Ocean shores. My family lives here so they donate here as well, but my little income allows me to visit and spend less, I always go away happy when I find treasures here. Affordable treasures! Im Local and know that this store does not wash the clothes they put up. I have bought things for the 5 dollar a bag special and found they smelled like BO. The staff always seems to be under tension and I always feel a little depressed when I leave. One time the Item I bought was infested with fleas. Looks like a dump people that are their are the rudest ones at all of ocean shores in my opinion tried to make purchase but one off the items I had the price sticker came off and the made it sound like I took it off would not price but the person in right before me their was no price but was able to price for her so if your not a local watch out they dont like you in my option read more

Stopped by here yesterday. The staff was friendly but we thought the prices high and for me the quality was mixed at best.Some of the men;s clothing was frayed and very worn looking=more like junk than good used clothing. My wife said the women's clothing was of poor quality also. I did see several new items-and they all had new retail prices on them, Would not return. read more
