I called Juan to get my courtyard door refinished. I talked to him and planned for him to give me an estimate the next day at 12noon. Next day at around 12:15pm, no show. I texted him and he said he can't make it, but to reschedule the next day at 1pm. Next day: It's now 3pm (supposed to come at 1pm) and again, no show...there was no text or call that he will be late or will not be coming. He provided our estimate in a timely fashion and a follow up estimate when we requested some potential changes. Price was in line with other estimates and he did not nickel and dime for a few small things that came up during the project. We also had a difficult situation with a shared fence and a neighbor, and he made it easy to work through some of the challenges. I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. There was a lot of care to keeping our property neat and protecting our plants from damage as they worked on our fence. He did come out surveyed the damaged fence and gave us an immediate quote while he was there. He was polite, his crew worked fast, and updated me along the way and the fence looks great! His prices are also very competitive and he was easy to work with. I needed a fence post on our gate replaced and so I called Enriques restoration to set up a time to come out and take a look. Juan was very responsive and came out the next morning. He went over the options, I could replace just the post or he gave me a price for the complete fence replacement he was not pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn't need. He recommended since the fence was still in good shape just replace the post which is what I ended up doing. He did the job quickly and efficiently and by early afternoon he had it all back together and we had a gate that worked and didn't wobble. While he was here I asked him about making a small gate for our backyard and he said he could make it and install it while the concrete was curing. True to his word he make a beautiful small gate about 2.5ft high by 3.5ft wide the attached to the house on one side and block wall on other side. By about 2 in the afternoon he was done with both and we could not be happier with the work. Juan is friendly very professional and a craftsman with woodwork. When Enrique went to the house to provide a quote he was respectful and open minded with our idea. At first we rejected his offer since we chose a different person to hire which was a mistake. The first person we hire don't have the urgency to start working in our side gate which is so open and people can come and go. A month after we decided to contact Enrique and ask if he can still work our side gate and the fence. Enrique re-measure the area and he said he can do it and be flexible with our budget.
