Before he left he let me know it would take a few days before he would have an estimate ready. I waited 9 days before I reached out to get an update. His office responded very quickly and said he was still waiting from quotes to come back from suppliers but I should be hearing from him within the next week. Well I finally did hear back but it was 12 days later and I was told they decided not to even bid the project. Their reason being that in the past they tried to bid jobs like mine and had experienced added cost and major issues and they were not equipped to handle a project like mine. 3 weeks was wasted waiting for a bid on a project they were not equipped to handle when I could have been told the day they came to my house the project was not one they felt they could handle. Stringing a potential customer along for 3 weeks is not my idea of good business management.

Pasqual was one of 3 fence companies that I had quote removing 200' of old cedar fence, haul it away, and replace with a new fence. His quote was competitive and he and his team completed the job on time, and at the quoted price. They arrived each morning on time and cleaned up each day after their work. I decided on hiring him mostly based upon his great reviews on Yelp and it was a wise decision- the new fence looks great! He is a real nice guy and it was a pleasure to work with him. Their pride is their "14 week lead time" something they boast very loudly. Honestly, it's actually a sign of failure somewhere within the organization, and signals mismanagement and incompetence. Perhaps you should consider hiring more employees.
