I called to try to resolve it, they pushed me off to CNS who does their billing. CNS never resolved it for me and continued billing me as well. I feel that both Harbord Insurance and CNS have failed me. In fact, one time that I called Harbord the person on the phone told me, "We are very busy right now," without offering someone to call me back or anything. Because of this I would never return to this company nor recommend it to anyone.
