Within hours Genesis dispatched Bryant to my location and he performed a full exterior and interior inspection and determined that not only had rodents been in my unit, but he was able to identify and nail down exactly where the rodents were getting into the actual building itself and the numerous entry points where they were reeking havoc. We are currently working on getting a blanket agreement with our condo association to get all of our buildings serviced, and have all entry points excluded from any future entry. This was the ONLY company i spoke with that was actually willing to address the root problem, instead of recommending minor, band aid solutions, and trying to take my money.
