Ed serviced our HVAC unit, and he was very knowledgeable and careful and found some burnt wires and probably saved our home from much bigger problems. If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned in a while or ever, I would highly recommend it as ours was so jammed up the clothes were taking longer to dry and that in itself could've caused a fire and bigger problems than just paying to get it cleaned. Our tech Matt and his helper were thorough and careful on cleaning all the duct work and dryer vent and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use Healthy Home again.

My realtor was here for pictures the day after the cleaning and she noted it didn't smell like it was cleaned at all. We don't know a whole lot of what they did down there and there was a big lack of communication. Almost 11000 dollars later and they left the door like this (picture included) . The project manager couldn't answer the phone but normally was able to call us back. Brantley Saunders came out for the initial inspection to find cost and options. After that we could not get ahold of him at all. We'd call and leave messages and never heard back. I can only assume that the job is done correctly but I'm not sure it was worth 11000. This company didn't have the best time management.
