Tanner was very personable, pleasant, and transparent.  After touring the facility, my husband and I were certain this was the place where we wanted my mother to reside. A very clean & fresh environment with lots of natural light as well as being a very beautiful and spacious facility.  Cassie, the care manager, came to our home and did an assessment of my mother and was so down to earth and friendly. She helped put my mind at ease and I had confidence that the high level of care my mother would require would be received from Timeless staff. We decided that we wanted Timeless Assisted Care Home to provide the respite care for our mother for two weeks. The level of care and quality of the meals, as well as the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff, exceeded our expectations. My mother enjoyed the positive vibes and upbeat interactions. In terms of communication, Cassie kept me informed of all developments. Justin Brucks, also co-founder, was so friendly and welcoming! He ensured my mother's room had enough space for her belongings and assisted me with packing my vehicle upon checking out. He was present each day I visited and that was reassuring to see the owners on the property to help in anyway!! Due to me caring full-time for my mother and lack of quality slept for almost a year, this respite stay was such a blessing from the Lord! I slept through the night every night for the first time in almost a year!  I did not experience any anxiety or worry at all during my two week respite break and I chose to do nothing but sleep and relax. The staff did a fantastic job caring for my mother. When I would visit everything was in order and my mother was always clean and comfortable. The integrity of her skin was never compromised especially since she's incontinent. I highly recommend Timeless! You will not be disappointed. Believe me I've tried the "big box" facilities on more than one occasion and those experiences were awful to say the least. I've walked this caregiver/daughter journey for 12 years with two parents and have seen and experienced a lot first hand . What bothers me is the fact that I received no sympathy card upon my mother's passing, just one month after moving her from the Vantage. Maybe it isn't policy to send a card when a resident doesn't pass away in a facility but it seemed strange since she had been there over six years. Even the person in charge of memory care commented on how long she had lived there. If it isn't policy then maybe it should be. I'm very disappointed in this facility after having a long relationship with the staff and caregivers. Very disappointed. I suppose since the money wasn't rolling in anymore they don't really care.

I live in Tennessee and actually drove down to Granbury to do walk-thru at several other facilities, some of those were nice, some not-as-much. I actually recommended another facility since I didn't know of Mercy Homes at the time. Through some errors in communication with the family, I ended up driving back to Granbury from Tennessee to specifically do another walk-thru at Mercy Homes. My mind was already made up with the other facility, but I wanted to entertain the idea so I came down. Boy I'm glad I did. There are some major major bonuses to this place during the walk-thru that I really liked and appreciated. A.) My mother is very in tune with nature and likes being outside, the other facility I was looking at didn't really have that option. And the version of it that they did required nurse intervention to allow the resident outside to the porch if desired. That's not the case here, there's a secure back-yard that my mom has full access to, and now they are putting up gates to allow resident access to the adjacent house (which is being opened up as the next home in this complex). She can go out there whenever she wants to, and will be able to securely go to the next house as she pleases. No place I went to offered any level of this openness. B.) The staff ratio is outstanding, of course we were the first resident, but each home will have just a few residents with 24/7 staff on-site in that home. My mother was rather 'complicated' when she got there, attempted runs and escapes, and the staff dealt with it fantastically while adjusting medications. They got her balanced out and she was back to being my mom again! I have a feeling that other facilities might have given up on her and just tried to get her to rest. I cannot stress how appreciative I am that the staff here took the time to figure out what my mom needed, they found it and she's now doing great! C.) My mom absolutely loves it here now. She still have pretty obvious dementia, but she's happy now and laughing about it, having as good a time as she can while dealing with this disease. She told me she's worried about being kicked out now since she's doing so well, I told her that's not going to be a problem and not to worry about it. Lol. She loves the staff, they've become friends and legitimately likes hanging out and living at the house. Family came in last week and we all went by to pick up mom, went out to dinner, Bob's on the Square for karaoke night, and a movie. At the end of the night, she's telling us she wants to go back home to Mercy. The staff has no issue now with all this. Absolutely astounded to see the turn-around in my mom, she still has her diagnosis, but she's now living life again and enjoying it. Seriously, you are doing yourself and your family member a disservice by not having this place on your shortlist. When people figure it out, these rooms are going to go fast. SUPER glad we got in at the beginning.

We were fortunate we moved them in right before the pandemic and lockdowns went into effect. They went from sleeping all day at the other facility to being cared for as if they were family. The care they have received here is amazing. They prepare meals they like, they interact with them on a daily basis, they entertain them, singing and dancing with them. Rose and Dan have two very nice homes in a country setting. If you're looking for a place for your loved ones this is definitely the place to go!

It is gotten so bad that we are moving her in with us while on a wait list for a new place. They are not living up to their lease with cleaning yet demanding my mother in law give two months notice. Nor are they giving a break on rent for not cleaning. The attached pictures were taken the day of her last cleaning. We have been leaving messages all week for the manager (Joy I believe is her name used to be Courtney) and were still waiting. So bottom line don't let your loved ones move into this dump.

We found listing for Hand in Home Care thru google. We called and Ms. Burrows spoke with us and came out and met with our family asks us what we needed not told us . The caregivers have all been wonderful and dad looks forward to seeing them. i would recommend her company to any one who needs care for a family member. They helped with care for dad stuff around the house even picked up some things we didnt have the time to go get.
