The studio is very clean, and there are 2 large gymnastic rooms. They also offer dance classes as well as parkour. I'm not sure if they have a dedicated studio space for the dance classes. If not that would mean they need to rearrange the gymnastic rooms. They have quite a lengthy list of different classes broken down by age/skill level. They also host different camps, and have "Friday night out" where you can leave your kids with them to do activities while you get some adult time. You can also host kids parties here. The parent/toddler classes are structured where you are joining in to assist/supervise your child on activities. The classes are 45 minutes & broken into different segments to keep the little attention spans engaged. We have primarily had Ms. Angel as a teacher who is excellent with the kids, but we'd also have had subs step in. All the staff we've encountered are all very professional and good with children. In the parent/toddler class you should be monitoring your child, but the teacher will step in to correct any problematic behavior if they see it. I assume in the classes where parents aren't included the staff is more involved in monitoring for any issues. Each week the room is set up in a different manner to allow the tots to explore, and climb. The class for tots & parents is structured so that there are 2 portions of free play, hello & goodbye circle time with Song, a guided warm up, a skill of focus that's taught by the instructor, ball time & bubbles. The different segments are great for keeping the tots engaged, and they especially get excited for the routine of it. A favorite for all of them is ball & bubble time. There are also different themes like super hero or beach week for all classes. This is a great studio, and I will continue to bring my child for classes here as long as he continues to show interest in gymnastics!

I know they watch pretty good over cameras to take care of any rough behavior that we experienced the first time with a kid that was probably right on the cusp of being too old. Second time was nice with all 1-2 year olds and they can run, climb and crawl. You have to pay 1$ to get in for a family of 4 and the times vary so check the website ahead of time. This summer 2026 they are moving the time to start at 12 noon and ending some time later in the afternoon, probably due to summer camp type usage of the room. I would definitely take my son back here it is a good time. This building has lots of other uses like pickelball, tennis, and other activities.

This is the Army gym, on the Army side of the base. To show you how much I love this gym, I'll tell you, I'm Air Force and the Air Force gym is literally a five minute walk from my front office. However, I much rather drive to the opposite side of base, about 8 minutes, to use this gym...why? Because the staff here is great! It's a small gym, there aren't your typical gym animals. Army personnel work out regularly it is part of their mission, Air Force not so much. So in this gym there aren't the typical gym buffs, losers, creepers, unfocused bunch you'll typically see at the Air Force gym. This gym has everything you need and they are expanding it vastly...which makes me nervous because I'd hate for this place to lose the dark dungeon kill-your-workout feel and change into the "Oh Yay Glamorous Lighting-let's take selifes" feel that the Air Force gym has. I don't know. I really love this gym, it has more than everything you need, its clean, friendly customer service, its reliable, you won't be let down. It's perfect. This gym...is bae. Other gyms for this cost or less have saunas, tanning, pools, yoga studios, classes, etc. Not here. The two newest staff members are very unpleasant with one of the girls going as far as chasing you down anytime shes away from the desk when you scan in and practically accusing you of not being a member. On top of that the same girl has a habit of putting things away before anyone is finished, I've seen her do this to the point someone will eventually yell at her. Any time you step away to grab water, go to the bathroom, or even just walk around in between sets she immediately cleans up after you even if it's obvious you're not done. She also seems to think everyone should workout in 100% silence so if the weights ever make any noise or if someone makes even a quiet grunt she'll tell the manager who then calls you to say there's been noise complaints about you (which is funny because whenever I've gone there's either people that are much louder or there's not a single person in the building so I'd love to know where the complaints are from). It's really not worth the price.
