Kelly acknowledged that she had "dropped the ball on following up," but then stated that she believed my brother should find an agent who would be a "better fit." That response concerned me because neither my brother nor I had expressed dissatisfaction with her representation or indicated that we wanted another agent we had actually said the opposite. I understand that people get busy and mistakes happen, but I do not believe a client respectfully asking for promised follow-through should suddenly raise a question of whether the client is the right "fit."
