The locations are spread out through out the Wichita County area; Kell & McNiel, 9th & Lamar, Burkburnett and Iowa Park. With the four conveniently spaced out First Bank's; you have the convenience of banking at one either close to your work or where you live! Every time I go into a location, the employees there always say hi and greet me with a smile! I leave there feeling so much better if I have had a bad they. The FB employees know just want to say to make my day and I know that my money is handled by professionals.

Also, I agree with the comment about the customer service number- there is no way to speak to the same person twice, no way to have a dedicated person handling your case. Every time I called, I had to start the story over again, and then of course they had to verify and reverify everything from the last 10 phone calls. It took 16 months to change the account name to my mother's and then close my deceased father's accounts. (We have a trust, no probate, this should have taken less than 16 months to do). AND, I just got a letter warning me of a new fee for no activity...on what you ask, since I've closed my accounts...well, they didn't close all of my accounts! So...yeah...they don't do anything right. It's been a long 16 months and I'm sick and tired of them! Save yourself a ton of headaches and trouble- a garbage bag full of cash under your bed is probably a better option.

I suggest you don't open that account with them because well gee if they can screw me they can screw you too. I should have listened to Pamela Rickard I should have listened to Daniel Connors I should have listened to Kim that owns the bar sticks they all told me to stay away from texoma credit Union they all wanted me to sign up with their Banks I guess it was a referral thing get some kind of reward if you get people to sign up with your bank account and say that they referred you that's what I thought they just wanted to be the one that referred me to their financial institution. Don't say you haven't been warned.
