Purchasing the vehicle as usual, was an ease. I was given smiles and hand shakes to get me in the vehicle and trade in my past vehicle. Sure enough, 6 weeks in now on a 2026 GMC Yukon, i need a 2-3 day service and theres "no loaner vehicles". Granted, i live in houston and this dealership i purchased from is in san antonio, but there's no relationship with local dealers? no escalation to GMC to make sure i am taken care of on a $100K truck? i was told by my rep Sara..."what do you want me to do about it?". It was obviously known at purchase that i don't live in san antonio, telling me to bring the car to the dealership is a joke. So basically you have a newish vehicle, a service light for the suspension, 2 infant children and a job to get to daily, but we don't give loaners and "every dealership is independent and has their own rules". From my first contact with Ancira Buick GMC, I knew they were a superior dealership. After making an inquiry on a vehicle, Kristy Sixto quickly emailed offering to provide more information or schedule a test drive. I let her know I lived out of town and wanted to make sure we were on the same page with price before I traveled to see the vehicle. Within minutes, Kristy got me a quote. We exchanged several more emails and I asked many questions about the vehicle, all of which Kristy answered promptly, professionally, and clearly. A couple days later I let her know I wanted to move forward with seeing the vehicle that day. She replied "We'd love to have you out! What time can you stop in?" When I got to the dealership, Sara had the vehicle out and ready to test drive - another way she showed respect for my time. She was kind, patient, informative, and funny during the test drive. When there was an unexpected issue that came up (not the fault of the dealership), Sara worked diligently to figure out a solution. John Terry, the General Sales Manager, also got involved and was invested in making everything right. He sat down to discuss the issue and the possible solutions. He let me weigh in on how to handle it and accommodated my request. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Corbin who made the paperwork a breeze! He made the process quick, did not push any warranties that I wasn't interested in, explained what I was signing, and was fun to talk with. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Finally, John went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle after the purchase. He communicated with me several days later to make sure everything was satisfactory on my end. We got a battery that was covered under the cars manufacturers warranty. The battery has a 42 month warranty and was replaced about 26 months ago. We were told it was bad so I want to Ancira to get it replaced and was told because it was replaced under the manufacturer's warranty it was not covered and would need to pay for a new one. DECEPTIVE SELLING PRACTICES!!! BEWARE!!! Both the salesman and the GM both agreed that all I would pay for would be the purchase price, tax, title and license (per usual). HOWEVER, after spending a lot of time at the dealership the sales sheet was presented to me and the liars had 3 additional fees on there to include a Document Fee and ETCHING Fee! The sales manager refused to take the $300 or so off the fees or even the price of the vehicle. He even claimed that he was "completely transparent" when he obviously was not lol.
