I called my insurance company and they arranged to have her towed from the house to Stallings on a Thursday afternoon. John called from Stallings later that day to give me an estimate and tell me what the problem was I gave him the green light and got the call she was ready for pick up on Friday. New starter for exactly what the estimate was and no more. Maybe because we are. They charged me $282.53 for two replacement hoses from Napa Auto Parts! (That's after telling me that these were dealer only items). If I had known these hoses needed replacement, I could have purchased the same hoses for $89.99, from Napa Auto myself! How do they sleep at night? Their labor costs, plus the cost of *flushing* the coolant system, brought my total cost to over Five Hundred dollars! Yes, I appreciate that they did get me back on the road, but wow! I cannot, in good conscience recommend them. This was in Boerne, by the way, and the shop was not at all busy. Maybe I should call the credit card, and report fraud?

As a result, they are overwhelmed with rental requests. We have twice tried to drop off uhaul trailers at this location. The old lady who runs this place is nasty and tells us to take the trailer to another location in town. We didn't the first time and she begrudgingly let us drop off there. The second time she turned us away, we took the trailer to the All access storage location where the NICE young lady allowed us to drop off even though she was also full. I wouldn't deal with this place for anything, car care or uhaul due to the unpleasant demeanor of the owner.
