Never ever do business with this dealership. Extremely unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle had a loan funding directions sent to the dealership which they never sent to the bank. I offered several times to place a deposit to be told they dont take deposits on used vehicles. I was told paperwork would be overnighted to me only to get a text message this morning that they sold the truck. Be very wary doing any business with this dealership. We do not live near Ancira Ford in Floresville, but I was leaving home to visit family when our recall letter came in the mail. I decided to schedule the repair while in Texas. I was successfully able to schedule online, which I loved. My local Ford Dealer doesn't seem to be able to do this successfully. Ancira sent me multiple confirmations, which assured me that I would be on their schedule. When I arrived, it wasn't clear where to park my truck, but I found a spot near the service entrance. I walked inside and there were two gentlemen at the counter. They weren't very friendly. Not really rude, but they acted like they didn't like their job very well. I handed them my recall letter. They made a copy and gave it back. I asked him how long would it take (it was just a simple computer re-program), and he told me 2-3 hours, so I called my dad to come and pick me up. They called me to pick up my truck in 45 minutes. I am not complaining about the quick service. That was great, but I wish they would have told me it would have taken such a short time. I would have stayed with the truck and not asked my dad to come all the way down to get me and then all the way back to pick up the truck. All-in-all I was satisfied with the service. I worked with Hope through text. She was very helpful. She works with their webpage, she's not a salesman. I drove there and was surprised no one came out to greet me. I asked for Hope. Hope introduced me to Ray. I planned on a test drive but they were getting the car from San Antonio and it wasn't there yet. Ray took me to his desk to start an appraisal on my trade in. He never told me what he was doing on the computer. Still don't know. I was getting frustrated waiting there. He said he wanted to walk around my car and then his boss would. I thought they should have both gone out to look at the same time. They had no respect for my time. Never told me it was a long process and I should have stopped it earlier. I shouldn't need an appraisal before I even saw the car. I walked quickly away from them and found kind, considerate salesman elsewhere. read more

The service team was ready when I got there, kept me informed through the whole process and had my vehicle back to me the next day even though they were transparent in telling me it could take 2 days. Would highly recommend this dealership, by far the best in San Antonio and surrounding areas that I've been too. When I was ready to purchase a new vehicle & trade in my 2015 Ford Expedition EL I called 5 dealerships. I told each one the same thing which was: I was ready to buy a new Ford F-350, 8' bed, Full size 4 door, 4x4, Leather interior. Told them all the issues with my trade in and what I still owed on it. Let them all know I called 4 other dealerships and told them the same thing. Whoever comes back to me with the best offer on my trade in and price of the new truck gets the sell. I don't have the time or patience to haggle and I need a new truck ASAP. Let me know why your best offer is. As a female, everyone at Ancira treated me with respect and I never got the feeling they were trying to take advantage of me. They requested to test drive my trade in but had already offered me several thousand over any of the other dealerships for the trade in. After they test drove it I was sure they would recant the offer and go much lower, but they didn't. As a matter of fact they said they will honor the offer the told me even though they wouldn't make any money and I suspect probably lost a little. Their price on the truck was also much better than any of the other dealerships. I signed right there! They were honest, upfront and wanted my business and it showed in every interaction I had with them. The day I did the paperwork to officially purchase the truck and the financing was so incredibly easy and painless! They kept me informed throughout the time they were looking for financing options for me. And even worked some magic to allow me to finance it by myself without my spouse. And I know what if my spouse didn't need to be on the financing they would have not originally had him on there. So I know they hooked me up. I now make the hour drive to have them do all my maintenance and service and they have been amazing! If you are looking to buy a new car I highly suggest going to see Ancira Ford Floresville TX!! Typical Ford dealership. I have been going to North Park Toyota because I got tired of the typical Ford dealership BS and poor service. Against my better judgement, I decided to give this dealership a try since they were close and the problem should have been fixed in a day or two. They kept my vehicle for a week when this same work was done in a day by North Park Toyota. The day I dropped my vehicle off the service associate said they had all the parts in house except for a gasket. Poor communication and stating they were working on my truck when they obviously were not. Taking my vehicle there actually cost me more $ than the repair bill due to lost work time. If I had known how long the work would take, I would have rented a car so I could get to work. I have been a Ford owner for over 30 years and I am DONE! No more Ford trucks and no more Ford dealership service departments. I hope others will do the same. I do not recommend this dealership service department. read more

Terrible dealership! Found a truck they had on Auto trader, contacted them about it via email, I asked them for additional info, pictures and the condition of the truck. Was told be 2 separate sales people that the truck was very clean with no damage, 1 owner, local. Struck a deal with them, and drove 7 hours one way, paid for a hotel only to find out the truck was a huge pile of crap! It had major bed damage and deep scratches, the tailgate cap had holes in it, both sides of the truck had scratches all down them, there was not a piece of interior that did not have scratches or stains. During the test drive, the engine had a bad rattling noise, and what sounded like a heat shield rattling. I was very upset to have driven that far, all the expenses with travel only to find out I was lied to about the condition of the truck. The sales people showed no remorse, we got a "sorry it did not work out" and that was it. Would not recommend this dealer. read more

There is one thing that keeps me coming back and have my truck serviced and maintained by them! The gentleman's name is Luis Hernandez in service. He knows the true meaning of customer service! There are many places that lack this type of service more and more these days. Every time I have gone he has greeted me with a smile opens the door and yes sir and no sir the entire time. He honestly doesn't know me from Adam but he treats me like I'm his only one customer. He is the reason I keep taking my truck back to Ancira. We need more people like him in this industry! I truly hope this finds everyone well! I am hopeful he is taken care of by his employer for reviews like this because people like him are the reason they stay in business! I wish I was writing a good review but unfortunately I cannot. I will keep this short and factual. May 2021 I traded in my Yukon for a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I received a CLEAN CarFax ran by the dealership NO ACCIDENTS, NO DAMAGE. I believed they were acting in good faith when selling me this car but something was over looked and now I am stuck with it. Last week I decided to sell it for something that will pull my boat. Expecting to easily sell in todays market, I put it on FB marketplace where a woman was interested but ran the vin and to my surprised she declined the purchase because on AutoCheck it shows the vehicle had IN FACT been in an accident and has unibody damage. This will show up on every online car buying website, Carvana actually offered me a whole $400 for it. Fast forward, I bring the vehicle back to the dealership to show them they sold me a vehicle with a history report beyond what they presented to me. They had my Yukon listed for 16,900 and my purchase of this jeep was only 6,900. I understand they are in the business of making money, but I believed I was being sold a sound car and because of that transaction that they would consider making it right. When the used car manager came out he talked a lot, had a lot of reasons and excuses, things the average car buyer wouldn't understand, he then said he "is not legally required to disclose any of that information". After a few minutes I believed he was going to make this right, he went back to run ANOTHER carfax against the report I gave him to show me that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Then we went outside to look at the car where he admitted he "knew this car inside and out", and showed me that there had been damage to the right side because it had been painted. So it was clear to me at that moment that if the dealership did a detailed inspection this would have been noted and disclosed. He offered me $4500 for the vehicle and said he would turn around and sell it again with a clean carfax, that means one of you could have been buying this vehicle. I would have taken $6k for the car, knowing they would have STILL made money on my Yukon. This dealership may be in the business of making money, but they are NOT in the business of making things right. I do not recommend purchasing here. If you buy a vehicle from here and you have a problem after, you may have trouble getting help from the dealership. 1 star because it won't let me give 0. read more

Ancira Ford Service Department in Floresville Texas really needs to reevaluate the way they do business for their customers. The lack of customer services and professionalism in the service department is by far mind blowing. The Service Manager and front desk service advisers have no integrity what so ever, when they laugh and joke by telling you that your vehicle that you bought less than 7 months ago brand new has a defect that can cause the vehicle to be stolen in front of your face. Then they tell you that the warranty will not cover set defect and that they want to up charge you so they can profit. This is when I headed to San Antonio and went to another Ford Service Department with awesome customer service, and they quoted me almost $300 less than the Floresville Dealership did. I was taken back at how a Dealership in a small community can treat their patrons like that. And for them to upcharge on a part and service that the other dealership will do for less on the same parts and service is price gouging and bad business practices. read more
