    This was our first time trading in and purchasing a new vehicle for my wife at Carvana, it was a smooth process, everything very easy, clear and we got a good trade in value for our car. I just want to comment that I wished they could have taken the time to prepare and clean the car in a professional way, just like we prepared our car to be delivered to Carvana. Hope next time it's better. I highly recommend Carvana!

Miriam was so patient, informative, helpful and simply so perfect that my loved one told me she wasn't sure if Miriam was a real person LOL (Ai bots are out there!) We stepped into the dealership hoping that Miriam was real & she was the very first person to greet us at the door! She carefully walked us through the process, got us approved with a great rate, pulled out the vehicle and went through the test drive, answered all of our questions about the vehicle, financial documents, etc. What I wholeheartedly appreciated from her was that she was so genuine, comforting, not pushy at all (you know how car salespeople can try to upsell you to a different vehicle? None of that here), the financial and vehicular warranties were explained clearly and in such a way that we both truly felt like she was a trustworthy member of the team. She even reviewed the CarFax with us! I know of a particular dealership who did not do that for me when I was on the market for a vehicle but she took it upon herself to do it and that is quality saleswomanship right there! Highly recommend Miriam, I can't thank her enough for making the experience the best!

Got there and waited 40 minutes before we were approached by sales rep. We are from out of town and only went to Echo Park because of their seven day return policy. Time to find out it doesn't apply if you have a trade-in. Also, if it exceeds 250 miles that dishonor the seven day return policy as well. Plus a $700 protection spray that MUST be purchased on all vehicles. At this point 99% chance I wouldn't get a car here. Just waiting to get trade in value and "bottom dollar" Sales manager is quite deceptive, brash, emotionless in his dealings. We fell into the old wait wait wait wait wait and wait longer game with this cast of clowns. Problem is the longer I wait the more furious I get. The presentation took past 5:00 PM. Which means we couldn't go to the bank and get a cashiers check., as they will only accept $5000 on a debit card, which forces you into financing - go figure. Example of their magical math. Sticker price on the car was $23k, had a $4k trade in, bottom line was $22k - GOT MY KEYS FROM MY TRADE IN AND WENT HOME I couldn't get the bottom dollar until I got my keys and was leaving after a 30 minute wait ! When I'm leaving , suddenly they run to me with a laptop and the spreadsheet with the cost - screw them and the utter waste of time at this trash hole!!!!! Only a fool would deal with Ben and his cast of clowns

The attention to detail in consumer relations with Justin was above reproach! He listened attentively, was patient, and ascertain my sincere concerns. No lowballing with these guys! Abel and Justin shoot straight from the hip, with being accurate in my appraisal/assessment, and backed their assessment up with pure knowledge of their offer. We visited CARMAX, CARVANNA, and several local auto dealers in San Antonio, and NONE gave us the quality and professionalism like Justin and Abel did. They did the test-drive of my vehicle, checked to make sure my car was operable, the way I conveyed, and we signed a few papers, and the check was in my hands 30 mins later! Lastly, I should mention that I got an offer above the KBB offer of what Sell it 2 Gunn had by a few hundred dollars-but because our experience dealing with Justin and Abel was so darn professional- we elected to go back to them! Today, in the modern era, its quite hard to receive 5 star customer support in the car industry due to many different things occurring. I thought I could get more so I took my car home and checked with kbb.com. I was surprised to see KBB offer was right at what CarMax had quoted. My car was in great shape and I thought I could get more for it. I got a call from Blake about 5 minutes after I submitted it to KBB. He explained the process and we set a time for me to bring it in to have them put it on the lift for an inspection and make me an offer. I told him what I was looking for, slightly over KBB & CarMax. I took my car in and I was met by Blake, Abel & Justin. All three were super friendly and professional. I gave them my keys, they gave me a Sprite and I waited for them to complete their inspection. They came back with an offer I was looking for, a tad more than KBB and I was happy! I needed my car for a few more days, as the offer was good for 7 days. I told them I accepted their offer and would bring the car back a few days later. I returned to Si2G, and gave them the keys and the title, along with a copy of my driver's license. I had to take a business call so they set me up on WiFi in a little office in the Service area while they worked on cutting me the check. Blanke showed up about 35 minutes later with paperwork for me to sign which took all of 5 minutes. He handed me a check and then had the courtesy to order me an Uber to get me home. I could have received more money by selling it privately but I would have had to deal with the hassle of no-shows and the sale dragging on possibly beyond 45 days and I didn't want to wait. On CarGurus.com, I found the truck I thought was perfect for us. To our wonderful surprise, it was listed by Russel Felts Motor Co. When we drove up unannounced to this very unassuming office with cars in the back, our prayers were answered when the salesman, Rob Aleman, came out to meet us. I don't usually like when car salesmen circle you like vultures. But Rob just came out of the door and introduced himself to my husband and I. We instantly felt at ease with this polite and laid back gentleman. We told him why we were there. He took us right to the truck, he got the keys, we test drove, loved it. Went in, got paperwork started and chatted together, got to know each other while the paperwork was being handled by Joey. Joey was also nice guy. Rob made us feel like we had been friends for years! I hope everyone can have a great car-buying experience like us. Need a car, go see our friend Rob. Thanks Rob! Over the phone, the staff were friendly and easy going. When we arrived, the car was ready to look at. It was exactly what we wanted. We had a budget and were able to stay within that budget. The whole process took less than an hour. The company has a real down to earth feel-they take your photo next to the new car and post it on their wall! The staff have an easy way about them that makes you feel comfortable and not like you're being manipulated. It's a very small dealership and off the beaten path, but soooo worth your while! Also want to note that they let us take the vehicle home the night before purchasing with a small deposit so we could have our mechanic take a look at it. Not many other dealers would let you do that or they might give you a hard time. But these guys made it easy and convenient for us!

She also informed me about an updated part that needed to be installed, and the team completed that while finishing my routine maintenance. In a short amount of time, everything was completed and my vehicle was fully updated. I was extremely impressed with everyone's professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. The free coffee, comfortable waiting area, and outdoor seating were also a nice touch. The team at Gunn Honda is outstanding, and I always look forward to having a positive experience there.
