BE AWARE OF THE CONTRACTS YOU SIGN! They bind you to a contract with faulty vehicles and horrible warranties that make you come out of pocket more so than helping. They take advantage of first time buyers just to acquire the sales they need and ultimately damage your credit. Went in last year to service for a fix, wasn't properly fixed the first time and had to waste time and effort and money since it wasn't under warranty just for them to still not get it right by the next pick up , a year later and the same problem has occurred and the same fix and cost to be repaid. The staff is HORRIBLE was completely belittled on the phone with CNAC who supply's the loan by not just my account manager but they're boss ! 0/10 would not recommend to even my enemies. I would not recommend that place no matter how desperate you are for a vehicle. just know you deserve better. they sold my daughter a vehicle that needed repairs promised her they do the repairs if she took the vehicle so they signed a promise note and when she tried taking the vehicle to get repaired they said the car drives good but yet needed struts and ball joints and that she needed to pay to get that fixed so don't trust or believe them not even with a promissory note. they lie they are rude and will laugh in your face. then my daughter car was stolen they laughed and said oh it happens to everyone. then she returned the vehicle cause for one my daughter was never late on a payment she had auto pay and the way they treated her and laughed at her when she works hard for her money she deserves better than a messed up car dealing with bad attitude and that company still charged her card 2 weeks later after her returning the vehicle and signed a voluntary agreement explaining she gave up the car and they think it's funny when people work hard for their money so don't believe any agreement u sign with them! read more

So I've had 2 cars with them for about 3 years. I got a Ford Focus and I've had nothing but problems with it. And they take FOREVER to fix. I'm without a car 10 days at a time. So frustrating. these stupid ass b!tches aint worth the mf headache. we put damn near 2,000 down and this car started fuckin up about a week and a half after we got the car. they told us everything was fixed, after we paid for it they told us they only changed the battery when its way more wrong with the car. it randomly stops and turns off or it will only go up to 10 mph sometimes. then it will sometimes just brake by itself while on the highway. definitely wouldnt recommend getting a car from them! save yourself the trouble and headache!!! read more

I bought a Chevy Malibu 2010 from this location! Need I say I REGRET IT! Anybody who consider this place DONT!!!! They have the worse mechanics in the state of Texas !!!! Snakes and liars, smooth used car salesmen. Promised a 30 warranty and warranty would last until truck paid for, actually got a 24 month warranty and 48 months of payments. Tried to get warranty work twice and was told 2 weeks before appointment was available, working man can't afford to be without his vehicle for 2 weeks so repairs came out of pocket. I did got it back had my vehicle for a few weeks then get told I HAVE TO make more payments to keep it. Guess what it was reposed again after I had specifically told them I wasn't able to give more at the time of me getting it back the first time. They agreed and still let me get it back the first time. At the time of pick up even the tow truck driver asked me if I would be getting it back. We took our child here to buy their first car under their own name. After looking at many places we came here because the selection of cars was decent there is a small warranty and the bi-weekly payments seemed manageable for a young person starting out with the responsibility of their first car. The sales experience was long as to be expected when buying a car but the sales person was personable. They will work with a $500+ down payment but be aware you will be paying interest free payments for the first month or two to a deferred down payment amount before actually paying on your note, so buyer beware you should probably come in with at least $1500 down if not more. Read the paperwork before signing. Now also beware of the franchise status. If you start at this location, especially if you are making deferred down payments in the beginning of your note, and you find that you are closer to the other location it will not matter you have to return to your original location for any issues or questions. Also, it is very hard to get back in touch by phone with anyone specific at this location, email is best. And once you have bought the car they are not as nice afterwards as far as accommodations or help as they talk about when you are buying the car. They also pressure you into writing an amazing review for them here on Yelp right away even while still in store waiting to finish up your sale, that is because if you wrote after having to maybe deal with them after the buying experience you would not be as apt to write the same review. So wait to write your review until at least 3 months after you have bought your vehicle or at least until after your first problem with anyone in this location. All in all buy at the other location on Weidner! The other location is less crowded the environment is lower stress and the people there are not rude or argumentative. The ladies out at Weidner in the finance department are patient and kind and the GM at Weidner, Ram Herrera, is a wonderful man to work with. Think before you buy. read more
