Not enough staff as they try to do their best although 3 times have waited 2 or more weeks since to get a prescription filled and making sure the Prior auths are allset . Back and forth for over 2 weeks and getting incorrect info . Spending over 13 hrs trying to get it squared away. Luckily being on the Medical field I finally got thru to them what they actually needed to do. Wait so long on hold I just put phone on speaker and do chores when I am home since trying to call on lunch break is a waste of time. Now to find Drs in another practice that answers the phone and Drs getting prescriptions called in within a day or 2 . I have to call ahead 2 weeks knowing it will take that long and that's poor patient care. Had to go out of town and even told them that, gave them 10 days to fill prescription and still not done in time.

But today i received a letter stating my doctor will no longer practice there. And here's a list of Doctors to choose from at Prima Care. well that list of Doctors has a 3 to 4 month "waiting period" if there is a spot available after the wait. This is quite the shock ! You depend on a medical system to provide care but out of the blue there is none. Go fend for yourself is there attitude. In fact the "Patient Coordinator" in a voice mail states the is nothing she can do.

She never told me my blood pressure was high until a third visit showed it was high again and she recommended medication. Yes I was slipping in my lifestyle choices, and if she would've told me the first time my blood pressure was high I would've taken action instead of taking her pills. All she knows how to do is read test results and prescribe you medicine. I'm so glad I found another doctor. I know a lot of people that have left her, that's probably why she's taking patients and most doctors around here are not.
