I am feeling soooooo much better. Dr H. is very professional but in the most caring way. His office staff is a great reflection of how he treats everyone. Very diverse multi-lingual staff. I was surprised to find my Transportation to and from was included in the bill to insurance as I do not have a car. However, In my case he was unable to help me. After 40 some odd appointments in which I was out of visits from the other persons insurance. I stayed with this chiropractor until my insurance took place. This is due to the transportation given to go to your appointments. However, the chiropractor nor staff informed me that it is only to bad from my place of living after about 30 visits. So I'm going here there and everywhere. Then the accountant flipped out on me and the staff. Talk about Staff there was Ella, Desiree and another worker on which I cant recall. Again really friendly however, it pitched a nerve when their friends or family including kids came to visit Desiree and the staff member in which I cant recall her name. Like I'm not there to see the staff crews family to be running running around. Place of work not a place of the home life. I had an experience one day in which all the electro message beds were full. Another words the staff wasnt going there job. After my treatment and 5 minutes had pasted I used my phone and put the timer on after 10 minutes I got up myself. Was a wake up call for that staff member i can recall the name of. Another day behind the desk area it smelt like strong odor of weed. I brought this up with the chiropractor and he protected them. Ella was awesome and professional weather behind the desk and everywhere else. I STRONGLY recommend looking for another chiropractor. When I switched i only had to go 8 times and i was 100% better.

However, when I arrived, the rock music being piped into the waiting area was slightly too loud and jarring. I asked that it be turned down. I would suggest that for people with foot ailments, some other style of soothing, restorative music playing low, would be more appropriate. I have a good feeling about the potential care and treatment that I will continue to receive. It's too early to tell after just one visit but so far, so good.

I changed my footwear and my problem only got worse. I started having to use a cane to walk and I had fallen twice at home . I felt discouraged and I never imagined I would improve. My son found Dion Physical Therapy online and we were both impressed by their outstanding reviews and their description of the wide array of patients that they are able to help. I was able to make an appointment without seeing my doctor. My insurance does not require a referral. When I called to make an appointment , I was greeted by a kind and caring person who was able to bring me in within just couple of days. Mike , my physical therapist , did an outstanding evaluation on my very first visit. He listened to my complicated medical history and did a thorough examination of my extremities. I did some exercises while I was there and I was given a handout of exercises to do at home. When I came back for my second visit I had already made tremendous progress. I plan to continue until I can walk normally. I recommend Dion Physical Therapy to everyone, especially if you have been suffering for years. After being in a car accident, myself, husband, and two young children, 3&1 have been seeing Dr. Sowersby. He is very knowledgeable and listens really well to the areas needing attention. He is very gentle while treating the two younger kids aswell. Our whole family loves to come here and make it an exciting time for the two little ones. We always come in kind of like a hurricane with the kids but they really make us feel comfortable and like we aren't a nuisance to anyone. They lend a helping hand with the youngest too while mom & dad get worked on. I really couldn't say enough about this practice and will continue to refer them, especially Dr. Sowersby to everyone we know!
