On the scheduled day they moved the delivery time eight hours later to Sunday afternoon, which completely defeated the purpose of scheduling ahead. I explained clearly that no one would be available at 3 PM, yet they assumed that 2:30 PM would somehow work instead. When I followed up Sunday morning to confirm the delivery, they again said 2:30 PM, even though I had already told them that time would not work. I asked if we could simply move the delivery to Monday (the next day) so someone could be present. Instead of working toward a solution, I was told they had "personal things to do." When you pre-arrange a delivery with a company and agree on the day, time, and pricing, you expect them to honor that commitment or at least work with you to resolve scheduling conflicts professionally. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
