**WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM**…read more DON'T I reached out to this office seeking help with an SSDI claim during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Instead of receiving guidance, my case was immediately declined by a receptionist who refused to explain why. Regardless of my diagnosis, I am still a human being, and people seeking disability representation deserve to be treated with dignity. I live with paranoid schizophrenia, vestibular migraines, severe anxiety, progressive nerve damage affecting both arms and hands, carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, chronic scapular nerve compression, severe back pain, and debilitating gastrointestinal pain. Many days I struggle to text, carry groceries, or even hold a fork because of the pain and weakness. After spending the past year trying to survive on my savings while managing these conditions, asking for disability help was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Being turned away without an explanation left me with more questions than answers. I was later told, indirectly, only after repeated phone calls that the firm primarily focuses on clients over the age of 50. If that is truly part of the firm's case selection criteria, I believe it should be clearly disclosed on its website or upfront on a phone call so younger people with serious disabilities don't spend valuable time and emotional energy seeking help they were never likely to receive. This firm is a joke, they lie to your face, omit information and send you to the wolves. That's before becoming a client. The only thing this company is concerned with is ripping off old people. My warning is simple: if you're younger and living with severe disabilities, don't assume this firm will evaluate your case on its merits. A young mind is too quick. Before investing your hope in this office, ask whether your age or other screening criteria will prevent them from considering your claim. No one who is already struggling with chronic illness should have to leave a law office feeling ignored, dismissed, or wondering why they weren't even given the courtesy of an explanation.
